NOTE: All ACA games have a tendency to not unlock random achievements. If this happens, just hard reset your Xbox and attempt again and it should unlock.
Fatal Fury 3 was released on NEOGEO back in 1995 by SNK, and has been ported directly to the Xbox One by our new best friends over at the bizarrely named Hamster Corporation. As with most of the other games so far released in the ACA series, this is a pretty fast completion, requiring little skill to finish. You only need to play each game mode once, but depending on luck and how fast you get used to the controls, may take few more tries.
Step 1 - Original Mode
Start up in original mode. You can change the settings to make things easier for yourself and fight the AI, but if you want to be cheap, you can plug a second controller in and just beat a non-moving opponent. The achievement won't pop when you are doing this, but if you win the fight and don't continue with player 2, you will go back to fighting the AI. Press and hit "Save Interrupt Data"; this will create a save point. Restart the game (quit to dashboard first), start original mode and you will continue against the AI and your achievement will pop. Do this at each score increment, pressing on your second controller to repeat the process. Once you have them, let yourself get beat and unlock the two high score achievements. 5 achievements for 420.
Step 2 - Hi-Score Mode
In Hi-Score Mode, you have to test yourself against the computer at level 4 difficulty. You can get to the required score by having the skill to beat half of the opponents, or use the tips in the guide to get a double perfect on the first opponent and win one round against the second. Once you nail this, it shouldn't take too many attempts to get the scores required. Once you have the score related achievements, let yourself get beat and upload your score for the related achievement. 4 achievements for 340.
Step 3 - Caravan Mode
Rinse and repeat what you did in step 2, this time in Caravan mode. As well as not being able to change the difficulty, you have only 5 minutes to get the high scores. However, this should be plenty of time in this game. Once you have the score related achievements, you can simply quit out. 3 achievements for 240.
This game shouldn't give even the most amateur fighting game player much trouble, once you get your technique on Bob Wilson down. If you don't mind the price point for not much bang for your buck, and appreciate an easy 1000, then this game comes highly recommended!
