*All ACA games have a tendency to not unlock random achievements. If this happens, just hard reset your Xbox and attempt again and it should unlock
Galaxy Fight: Universal Warriors was released on NEOGEO back in 1995 by Sunsoft, and has been ported directly to the Xbox One by our new best friends over at the bizarrely named Hamster Corporation. As with most of the other games so far released in the ACA series, this is a pretty fast completion, requiring little skill to finish. You only need to play each game mode once, but depending on luck and skill, may take few more tries.
Step 1 - Original Mode
Start up in original mode. You can change the settings to make things easier for yourself by pressing and changing the difficulty to 1. Change the round time down to 5 seconds. Run up to your opponent and get the first punch in then back away. You should get a perfect bonus and around 50k per round. Continue through until you pass all score thresholds. If you like, create Interrupt Save Data (hit ) every 100k just in case the AI gets a hit in, you can just restart the game and continue where you were. Once you have them, let yourself get beat and unlock the two high score achievements. 5 achievements for 420.
Step 2 - Hi Score Mode
In Hi-Score Mode, you have to test yourself against the computer at level 4 difficulty. Fortunately, this is a cinch due to one particularly docile enemy! Play through Hi Score Mode, and let yourself get killed and select "Restart Game" until you face Gunter (lizard guy) on the large white planet first. Use Rolf as your character (should be the default selected character) walk forward and hit him with in a rhythm, pressing it around once a second. Once the enemy is back up, repeat. This will take a bit of getting used to to get the timing down, but once you do you should be able to beat him flawlessly with ease. Perfecting him twice will get you around 100k, continue until you have all of the score related achievements, then let yourself get beat and upload your score for the related achievement. 4 achievements for 340.
Step 3 - Caravan Mode
Rinse and repeat what you did in step 2, this time in Caravan mode. As well as not being able to change the difficulty, you have only 5 minutes to get the high scores. However, this should be plenty of time in this game. Once you have the score related achievements, you can simply quit out. 3 achievements for 240
This game shouldn't give even the most amateur fighting game player much trouble, especially if you just want the achievements. If you don't mind the price point for not much bang for your buck, and appreciate an easy 1000, then this game comes highly recommended!
