This will save you a lot of hassle and make the rest of the game hassle free. Also keep an eye out for 'Dev Cards' as you play through the game. You can follow the 'Dev Card Hunt!' There are 12 achievements with a total of 200 points

  • Kill a zombie

This will be your first achievement and the easiest achievement in the game. Once the game starts you will be prompted to punch a zombie to death using .

  • Kill 500 zombies in one level

You can do this as early as the first level.

Just keep running around killing zombies with your fists and shotgun until the achievement unlocks. On level one you only have to worry about one kind of zombie, which is the weakest kind. There are plenty of chances to get this during other levels. You will have access to better weapons like the Chainsaw, Pistol & Deathray. When you encounter the zombie which are on fire, make sure the final blow is inflected by you, if the zombie dies by the fire it will not count as a kill.

This achievement will unlock as soon as you get 500 kills, so do not enter any gates as that will end the level.

  • Kill a mutant with your fists

The very first time you are introduced to a mutant zombie is when you make it to the broken bridge, you can not miss it, since its part of your main quest. You will get a short cutscene showing you a zombie step into some green goo on the ground and transforming into a mutant.

Recommend to get this achievement here, since it will be the only zombie you would have to worry about.

Start to run around the mutant zombie and bring its health down with the shotgun until a small amount of health remains (red bar), switch to your fists, pressing and finish killing the mutant zombie. Just remember to deliver the finally hit with your fists.

  • Complete a Base quest without taking any damage

Base Quest are unlocked when you capture a base, "ALL ZOMBIES MUST DIE" will appear in the center of the screen. There are a total of three in the game. Recommend you attempt this with at least one Smart Bomb, and having at least a shotgun with full ammo. This will be easier done earlier during the game.

Walk into the base that is under zombie control. You will get a message that will say "want to make this area safe ?", select yes and start killing all zombies. If you get hit while doing this, let the zombies kill you, you will respawn in the area again. Best thing to do is to run around and have the zombies follow you, once they get into groups start to shoot them. Towards the last dozen zombies will be SWAT zombies, this is where you will want to use your Smart Bomb. Run around in a circle, that way they are all bunched up next to each other. Once all the SWAT zombies are in a tight space, release the Smart Bombs to kill them all.

  • Use your first Smart Bomb

Smart Bombs can be found in searchable areas which are marked with magnifying glass. You can also get Smart Bombs by completing AMZED! combos. This is done by killing a group of zombies in quick succession. Once you have a Smart Bomb, press to use.

  • Fully upgrade a weapon with any status effect

You will have to upgrade any weapon twice within the same category. Each weapon you get has two upgrades per effect. But you will have to wait till a certain part later in the game to be able to upgrade your weapon, the game will let you know when you have unlocked upgrade level 2 for your weapons.

You will have to upgrade a weapon to level 1 first, before you can upgrade it to level 2. You can choose what ever weapon your prefer to use. Id recommend either upgrading the shotgun or assault rifle, with fire (the fire will kill the zombies quickly). But its up to you, any weapon with level 2 upgrade will kick ass.

  • Complete all character quests or see someone else do it

Character quests are found inside your base. There will be a question mark over the different character heads while inside the base. Go to them, talk, and accept their quest. If the question mark is above the character you are controlling, then switch to a different character, and go back to talk to the character you were playing as before.

Each character has a 3 quest assigned to them, making that a total of 12 character quests.

    • Rachels quest tries to prove to Jack that they are in a video game.
    • Jacks quest tries to prove to Rachel that they are in a video game.
    • Luxos quest ask you to help him learn English.
    • Brians quest ask you to get different types of brains.
  • Complete ‘Dev Card Hunt!’ or see someone else do it

This quest becomes available as soon as you start the game. There are a total of 22 'Dev Cards'. To check how many cards you have collected already, press > Active Quest > ‘Dev Card Hunt!' > go back to the game and the amount will be displayed to the upper left of the screen.
