Introduction:
Welcome to my achievement guide for Code Vein, the latest RPG from Bandai Namco Games. This game will have you take control of a silent protagonist on their search for blood beads to quench their eternal bloodthirst. Chances are you have read reviews comparing Code Vein to the "Soulsborne" series or have heard people calling it "Anime Souls." While they are mostly correct, Code Vein has its own unique spin on the genre, with an advanced character creator and blood codes to make gameplay interesting. This game also has an emotional story and is much easier difficulty-wise than any given game in the Dark Souls sub-genre. If you enjoy those games or are a big anime fan, I personally think you will love Code Vein.

While Code Vein has four endings required for the 100%, you can get all four in just three full playthroughs. You cannot use the cloud saving feature to your advantage, however most cutscenes can be skipped, leading to a 4-5 hour playthrough time if you know what you are doing. Nearly all achievements can be earned on a single playthrough. Technically, the five achievements for all endings and all blood codes are missable on any given playthrough but you can cleanup achievements before choosing to go to NG+ after the game has been beaten. There is also a very grindy achievement that requires 400 Mark of Honor medals. One medal is obtained per boss defeated in co-op and two are available as world drops per playthrough. These can also drop, albeit very rare, from a few enemies outlined in the guide. However thanks to update 1.20, you can now farm these much easier by accessing the 'Tower of Trials' provided for free with this update.

Step 1: Obtain both variants of the Dweller in the Dark ending
There are a lot of miscellaneous achievements you can tackle at any time so feel free to do them on this playthrough. As mentioned above, you can save yourself a playthrough by earning both variants of the 'Dweller in the Dark' ending on the same playthrough. What you will need to do is collect all successor Vestiges in four areas: Cathedral of the Sacred Blood, Ridge of Frozen Souls, City of Fallen Flame, and Crown of Sand. You will find an Attendant of the Relics outside of each boss arena and will need to restore the specific area's Vestiges before defeating the boss. This will allow you to restore the successor's memories after defeating the boss. While you do this, make sure not to restore all of Io's memories (called Eos Vestiges). This will allow you to get the good version of this ending first, after defeating the final boss. If done correctly, you will be back in Home Base with everyone you saved. Now you can leave through the back door and trigger the final cutscene. Once the credits have rolled once, you can continue your game and you will be back at the last Mistle before the final boss.

Now, travel back to Home Base and restore Io's memories. Once you have done so, simply defeat the final boss once more and repeat the above steps to leave Home Base. This will give you the true version of this ending, which is very similar to the good ending. This may sound a bit confusing so please see the guide for more information. You can use this playthrough to obtain as many blood codes as possible. None of them not tied to successors are missable and only four are tied to a different ending.

Step 2: Obtain the Heirs ending
To obtain the 'Heirs' ending, you will need to avoid restoring the memory of each of the four successors. You can leave their Vestiges on the ground and choose to walk past the successor instead of helping them in their respective memory. You will receive a unique blood code for each of these successors, as well as the bad ending and another achievement. Feel free to use this playthrough to mop up anything you missed in Step 1.

Step 3: Obtain the To Eternity ending
'To Eternity', considered the neutral ending of the game, requires you to restore one or more but not all of the successor's memories. I suggest doing so in the Ridge of Frozen Souls, as this place has the easiest Vestiges to locate. You will need to locate all of them in a single area and restore the memories of that successor just like in the true ending. Make sure to walk out on the other successors after you have restored one.

Step 4: 400 Mark of Honor medals
The only thing that is left is to obtain 400 Mark of Honor medals. Only two can be found in the game world per playthrough and they are very rare drops from enemies near the end of the game. The best method to knock this achievement out is online co-op, because you get one Mark for each boss defeated together. I suggest doing so in the depths, because each map has 3-5 bosses and can be reset by traveling back to Home Base. The two best options are Den of Darkness for speed and Misty Ruins for boss count.

You can also farm the Tower of Trials maps provided you have beaten the game once and have downloaded update 1.20 (January 2020). These provide a much faster way to farm Mark of Honor medals for both online and offline players. See Exalted Reputation (30G) for more information.

Code Vein Achievement Guide

Show secret achievements

There are 43 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Unlocked all other achievements

    Congrats on your "Platinum Trophy"!
  • Learn 150 Gifts (excluding those learned when acquiring a blood code)

Gifts are your abilities in Code Vein and can be learned through a few different methods. There are over 200 gifts you can learn across 32 blood codes. Each new blood code you obtain will have anywhere from four to eleven available gifts to learn, excluding any that you start with. You learn gifts by purchasing them with haze, which allow you to use them on that blood code. You can also find single-use gifts from side quests or depth dungeons that count toward this achievement. These are called RV Mastery gifts and to learn them you need to consume them from your inventory.

One last thing to note: Some gifts may be locked until you collect the respective Vestige parts. You will have to restore these Vestiges with Io or any Attendant of the Relics before being able to purchase that gift. Haze is very easy to come by in this game so feel free to spend the majority of it learning gifts. It is also very important to begin inheriting gifts right away. See Burning Spirit (30G) for more information.
  • Explore every part of the depths

There are 12 parts of the depths, each one requiring a map found through side quests or world exploration. These maps will take you to a dungeon with similar features to their above ground counterparts. They will also have 3-5 bosses each, with the final boss being a rendition of the boss found in that world. To access the depths, talk to Davis at Home Base and he will allow you to fast travel to any map you have access to. Simply visiting each of the 12 maps is enough for the achievement, however most of the maps have a Vestige needed for Mender of Minds (50G) so I recommend clearing all of them. Click HERE for a list of the maps, or use the video below if you prefer that.

  • Activate all mistles

There are 51 mistles in Code Vein that you will need to activate in order to get this achievement (these act as save points, and you can also purchase new skills, level up, and teleport between them). The vast majority of them are directly in your path and can be located just by thoroughly exploring each area. Note that the mistles located in the depths are not needed for this achievement. Click HERE for a list of every mistle so you can easily locate any that you might have missed.
  • Listen to partner conversations 50 times while exploring

As your explore with a partner in tow, they will make many comments about the scenery, collectibles etc. This will come naturally as long as you keep a partner with you and may be one of the first achievements you earn. This can be turned off in the menu if you are tired of hearing your partner after you get the achievement.
  • Receive 30 presents from friends

In order to receive presents from friends, you must first exchange a few gifts to them. These gifts are old-world junk and can be found throughout the game world. There are also old-world materials that can be exchanged to Shang in the Outer Crossroads that will allow you to pick and choose your presents. Every now and then when you return to base, give all of your partners your gifts and they will start giving you some in return. You can pick them up at any mistle under the presents option. This achievement may take you a while but do not worry because you can keep receiving presents well into NG+ and beyond. I have also created a spreadsheet that contains all the presents you can exchange which can be found HERE.
  • Raise your reputation as a companion to rank 30

First and foremost, update 1.20 in January 2020 introduced the Tower of Trials, which provides both offline and online players a better way to farm Mark of Honor medals. Please refer to my Tower of Trials guide on PST.org:

Tower of Trials Guide Part 1
Tower of Trials Guide Part 2

Your reputation in this game can only be raised by collecting Mark of Honors. Unfortunately you need 400 of them for rank 30, which will be a colossal grind. While this achievement can be farmed offline at a very abysmal rate, you will want to go online for this if possible. This is because every boss defeated in online co-op grants a Mark of Honor. Combine this with various depths maps and you can easily farm 50+ medals an hour. I recommend the Misty Ruins map because there are 5 bosses and they can killed pretty quickly. Here is a video of me farming the Misty Ruins with a random partner:

Once you have defeated all bosses, travel back to Home Base and speak with Davis again to reset them. While multiplayer is the way to go for these medals, they are farmable. Below are some places you can get them. If you are set on farming these, make sure to equip the passive that increases drop rate. It is called Revenant Greed and can be learned from the Hermes blood code.

Cathedral of Sacred Blood – Outlook Tower mistle. From here, head into the area and turn right. Follow the spiral staircase down and the path will come to a split. You will see an ominous black knight to the left and another spiral staircase to the right. Head right and look under the stairs, behind a shielded female lost. The Mark is hidden amongst the boxes. You can grab this once on every playthrough.

Provisional Government Center – Entrance Mistle. As you head into the area (right path, left is a dead end) you will eventually need to go down a ramp where two bayonet lost and a large woman lost are waiting for you. Go past them and keep an eye out for breakable objects to your left. There is a Mark of Honor tucked in a hidden area here. Once again, you can grab this once per playthrough.

Elite Knight Lost: There are only a few of these in the game but they respawn after killing them. One can be found in the same location of Cathedral mentioned above (left path takes you to this guy). One is located in the City of Fallen Flame near Scathach Vestige Part B. There is also one right in front of the dog tag door in Ashen Cavern and seems to be the friendliest place to farm. For this, you can run back and forth between the Accumulator Ruins and dog tag door (that leads to City of the Fallen Flame). Lastly, you can find a few throughout Crypt Spire, including the first enemy you run into there. Here is a screenshot of an Elite Knight Lost, courtesy of my friend Spooky on Discord:

Argent Knight Lost: You can find plenty of these enemies in the Provisional Government Center. They wield various weapons but all of them have a very low chance to drop a Mark of Honor upon defeat. The fastest farm method for these guys is to boot up the Connecting Bridge mistle and head backwards into the level. There are many Argent Knights here, which can be killed quickly. Don't forget to put on Revenant Greed to increase drop rate. Here is a screenshot of an Argent Knight Lost, courtesy of my friend Spooky on Discord:

  • Unlock the ability to inherit 50 Gifts

Gifts are your abilities in Code Vein. You inherit gifts by equipping that blood code, purchasing the gift with haze, equipping that ability to your attack shortcuts, then defeating enemies. You don't ever need to use that ability, just have it equipped while defeating enemies until it is mastered. Once you inherit a gift, it will have a star in the top right and you can equip it while using any blood code. You can also automatically inherit a gift buy purchasing it outright. This requires additional haze and various variants of Awake MJXXX items found throughout the game world.

The best way to earn this achievement is to switch up your blood code as often as possible and equip every gift you purchase. You will eventually have more haze than you know what to do with so you do not have to be frugal with it. You should start working on this immediately until you have all 50. This is because gifts are learned faster when you are defeating enemies close to your level, and there is no way to tell what level enemies are.

There is a decent farming spot for this mid game as well and works well up to character level 90 (at level 150 and it does not work at all so make sure to farm gifts before gaining too many levels). Halfway through the Cathedral of Sacred Blood, you will come across a unique Vestige that will transport you to a past memory. The third mistle of this area, called Main Battlefield, has two female lost nearby that provide a lot of proficiency experience. Simply equip all of the gifts you wish to learn, farm these two, rest at the Mistle and repeat. Below is a video of how to farm them to learn some gifts.

If you have over-leveled yourself and are having trouble learning gifts, you can try searching for players in co-op. Your level will automatically scale to theirs, meaning every enemy will give plenty of proficiency experience to inherit your gifts.

  • Equip every weapon type

There are only five weapon types and you can obtain all of them very early in the game. Simply equip one of each type in the weapon menu to earn this. If you are missing one, Murasame should sell a basic version of it at some point in the story so check with her at Home Base. The five weapon types are as follows: One-Handed Sword, Two-Handed Sword, Spear, Hammer, and Bayonet. The character menu also has a sorting option to help you locate which weapon you have not obtained yet.
  • Equip every Blood Veil type

There are only four Blood Veil types that you will need to equip for this achievement, which are: Ogre, Stinger, Hounds, and Ivy. Like the weapons, all four can be purchased from Murasame or found throughout the game world. Use the sorting feature to your advantage when equipping or purchasing one you may have missed.
  • Collect every blood code

    *MISSABLE*

There are 32 blood codes that you will need to collect for this achievement. Most of them are found through story progression and exploration. There are also four tied strictly to both the good and bad endings of the game so you cannot earn them all in a single playthrough. That is why this achievement is missable so make sure you take the proper steps to earn each ending at least once. Here are the blood codes:

    • Fighter – You begin with this blood code.
    • Ranger – You begin with this blood code.
    • Caster – You begin with this blood code.
    • Berserker – Obtained after defeating the first boss, Oliver Collins, in the Ruined City Underground.
    • Prometheus – Louis's blood code, simply speak with him at Home Base to obtain this code. If does not give it to you, try advancing in the story a bit before talking to him again.
    • Hunter – The blood code is found in the Ruined City Center. After arriving at the Parking Garage mistle, you will drop down a ladder and encounter some enemies. When the path splits for the first time, head right and directly into your first lost invasion. The Hunter blood code is around the corner here, near a chest.
    • Artemis – This is Mia’s blood code. Mia will show up in Home Base after defeating the Invading Executioner in the Howling Pits and speaking with her should give you the code. If not, try talking to her again later in the story.
    • Assassin – Located in the Howling Pits. From the entrance, head as far east as you can and you will eventually find this blood code up on a raised platform.
    • Atlas – Yakumo's blood code. Simply speak with him at Home Base and he will give it to you. If he does not, try advancing the story a bit before speaking with him again.
    • Dark Knight – This blood code is acquired automatically by defeating the Gilded Knight in the Ashen Caverns.
    • Demeter – After defeating all four successors, head back to Karen in the Cathedral of Sacred Blood. This blood code will be sitting in front of her down the stairs from the Crypt of the Ribcage mistle.
    • Eos – This is Io's blood code and she will give it to you by speaking with her at Home Base after defeating the first successor.
    • Fionn – For this blood code, you must collect all four parts in the Ridge of Frozen Souls and restore them with the Attendant of the Relics before defeating the boss of this area. After doing so, you must restore the successor’s memories after the fight to receive the Fionn code.
    • Hades – You will receive the Hades blood code upon defeating the final boss, no matter which ending you have chosen.
    • Harmonia – For this blood code, you must collect all five parts in the Crown of Sand and restore them with the Attendant of the Relics before defeating the boss of this area. After doing so, you must restore the successor’s memories after the fight to receive the Harmonia code.
    • Heimdal – This is Jack's blood code. He will show up in Home Base after defeating the Successor of the Throat in the Crown of Sand. Simply speak with him to receive his blood code.
    • Hephaestus – This is Murasame the weapon vendor's blood code. Although she is available to speak with immediately, she does not offer up her code until late in the game. When you reach the Crypt Spire, try speaking with her to receive it. If not, keep advancing the story and try again until she gives it to you.
    • Hermes – This is Davis's blood code, the bulky knight at Home Base near the weapon shop. Speak with him after defeating the Butterfly of Delirium to receive it.
    • Ishtar – Ishtar is obtained automatically after defeating the Queen’s Knight Reborn in the Provisional Government Outskirts.
    • Isis – For this blood code, you must collect all five parts in the Cathedral of Sacred Blood and restore them with the Attendant of the Relics before defeating the boss of this area. After doing so, you must restore the successor’s memories after the fight to receive the Isis code.
    • Mercury – This is Coco, the generic item vendor's blood code. Simply speak with her and she will give it to you. If she does not, then try advancing the story a bit and try again.
    • Queenslayer – This blood code is given to you once you defeat the Queen's Knight within your memory. To access this memory, you must pick up a special Vestige directly after the Argent Wolf Berserker boss fight in the Cathedral of Sacred Blood. This will teleport you to a memory of [your name], where you can find Queen's Knight.
    • Scathach – For this blood code, you must collect all five parts in the City of Fallen Flame and restore them with the Attendant of the Relics before defeating the boss of this area. After doing so, you must restore the successor’s memories after the fight to receive the Scathach code.
    • Survivor – This code is located in the Ashen Cavern. Right before the pathway to the Gilded Knight fight, there is a dead end to the right. The blood code is tucked in this corner.
    • Darkseeker – After defeating the Insatiable Despot in the Dried-Up Trenches, you will find this blood code on the ground after a cutscene plays.
    • Queen’s Ribcage – These four blood codes are tied to the Heirs [bad] ending. You must not restore the memories of the successor after each respective boss fight. Make sure to walk past them and out the door. This particular one is obtained after the Successor of the Ribcage fight in the Cathedral of Sacred Blood.
    • Queen’s Breath – These four blood codes are tied to the Heirs [bad] ending. You must not restore the memories of the successor after each respective boss fight. Make sure to walk past them and out the door. This particular one is obtained after the Successor of the Breath fight in the Ridge of Frozen Souls.
    • Queen's Claw – These four blood codes are tied to the Heirs [bad] ending. You must not restore the memories of the successor after each respective boss fight. Make sure to walk past them and out the door. This particular one is obtained after the Successor of the Claw fight in the City of Fallen Flame.
    • Queen's Throat – These four blood codes are tied to the Heirs [bad] ending. You must not restore the memories of the successor after each respective boss fight. Make sure to walk past them and out the door. This particular one is obtained after the Successor of the Throat fight in the Crown of Sand.
    • Warrior – Found in the Crypt Spire. From the beginning, head through the level until you need to pull a level to open a door about twenty feet in front of you. There is a doorway to the right with a ladder that leads up to this code.
    • Scout – This one is actually found in the Rocky Ruins depths map. Please see Deep Trailblazer for a description on how to obtain this map. Once inside, take the east path all the way until you are near the pathway to the miniboss. Look for left pathway that leads to the blood code tucked behind a car.
    • Queen – The final blood code is obtained for getting the true Dweller in the Dark ending. You must restore all four successors' memories, as well as Io's. If done correctly, you should receive the blood code at the end of the final boss fight.
  • Gifted

    30

Learn 50 Gifts (excluding those learned when acquiring a blood code)

See Gift Gatherer (50G) for more info.
  • Upgrade a weapon to its maximum level

In similar vein to Dark Souls, a weapon can be upgraded to +10 with upgrades of increasing quality. In order to do so, you need a grand total of 7 Queen's Iron, 10 Queen's Steel, 10 Queen's Platinum, and 2 Queen's Tungsten. Coco will start selling Iron, Steel and Platinum eventually but Tungsten can be found when you reach the Provisional Government Outskirts. Tungsten is also farmable in both the Provisional Government Center and Zero District depth maps so do not worry about missing this achievement. Upgrades are done via Murasame the weapon vendor and I recommend keeping your favorite weapon and blood veil upgraded often to make the game easier on yourself.
  • Upgrade a Blood Veil to its maximum level

This achievement is accomplished in the same way as Ultimate Armament (30G) except with your Blood Veil. Use the same materials in the same way to get your armor to +10 for this achievement.
  • Give a desired valuable to a friend

Throughout the game world, you will collect various junk from the old world. Each piece of junk can be exchanged to your partners at Home Base for anywhere between 1 and 5 trade points. You will need to give someone a +3 or +5 rated item to earn this achievement. Use the spreadsheet HERE that lists every item as well as how many points they give. If you are looking for an easy one, Blood Bead Candy is desired by all nine NPCs. If you need a specific gift, Shang will sell most of the items if you complete the first two steps of his side quest. He is located in the Outer Crossroads.
  • Defeat the Invading Executioner in the Howling Pit

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat the Successor of the Claw in the City of Falling Flame

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Successfully use a special drain from a parry, back attack, or launch attack

This achievement is exceptionally easy to earn and can be done on your first enemy in the tutorial. Simply circle around him and attack with for a back stab. If you forget, you can access vital information about these attacks in the character menu. I suggest learning how to do them, because they drain Ichor from your foes and will be useful in keeping your Ichor refreshed throughout all areas.
  • Execute a Communal Gift

A Communal Gift is a 20 or 24 Ichor power-up that can be equipped based on which partner you are currently pairing with. In order to execute one, make sure the correct one is equipped for your active partner and you are using a blood code with at least 20 or 24 Ichor. Activate the gift and the achievement will unlock. You can sort your gifts to locate Communal Gifts easier.
  • Restore all Vestiges

Vestiges are spiked red crystals (collectibles) that can be found throughout the world. These are very important items in regards to viewing memories, obtaining blood codes, and they affect all three endings. I recommend going for this achievement on your true ending, because you need to restore successor memories for some Vestiges. Once you collect a Vestige, you can restore it by talking to Io at Home Base. Some Vestiges require multiple parts so make sure you grab them all to restore them. Each one takes you to a unique backstory about the character it represents. These scenes can be skipped if you get bored.

You can click HERE and HERE for text guides to finding all the Vestiges. This video playlist has all Vestiges by location if you prefer a visual guide, or you can use the all-in-one Guide for Vestiges embedded below.

Secret achievements

  • View every ending

    *MISSABLE*

There are four endings in Code Vein: Dweller in the Dark (two versions), Heirs, and To Eternity. Each ending is determined by whether or not you have restored the memories of each successor and/or Io. The good news is you can get all four in just three playthroughs. Just make sure to do both Dweller in the Dark endings together, as defined below. All four endings must be done on the same save file and this cannot be cheesed with any offline save tricks. It is highly advised not to choose Enhanced difficulty when going to a new game, as you will be in for a proper butt kicking if you do. Simply choose to go to NG+ without enhancing the difficulty for each ending. The endings are as follows and can be done in any order:

Dweller in the Dark [Good]: You must restore all four successor’s memories. Do so by collecting all the Vestige parts and restoring them with the Attendant of the Relics right before the boss fight, then you must defeat each boss and chose to restore that successors’ memories when prompted. You must also make sure to not restore all of Io's Vestiges just yet. You can pick them up off the ground, just make sure not to restore them. Beat the final boss and if done correctly, you will be at Home Base with everyone alive and well. Walk out the back door near where the mistle used to be to trigger the end cutscene and roll the credits.

Dweller in the Dark [True]: After following the above steps and rolling the credits, you can continue your game right before the final boss fight. Now travel back to Home Base and restore all seven of Io's memories via Eos Vestiges. Once you have done them all, travel back to the Gaol of Stagnant Blood and defeat the final boss once more. Repeat the above steps to trigger the cutscene and if everything is done right, there will be an additional two second scene that will give you this ending and the Dweller in the Dark (15G) achievement.

Heirs: In order to get this bad ending, you must not restore the memories of the four successors. Just leave all of their Vestige parts on the ground, then walk out at the end of their memory. Do so for all of them and defeating the final boss will give you this ending and the Heirs (15G) achievement.

To Eternity: To get the neutral ending, you must restore more than one but less than all of the successor’s memories. I suggest walking out on all of them except the Successor of the Breath, because the Vestige parts are easiest to find. Once again, make sure to walk out on at least one successor, while restoring the memories of at least one as well. If done correctly, you will get this ending and the To Eternity (15G) achievement.
  • Defeat the Queen's Knight within your memory

Queen's Knight is the only optional boss in the game, because clearing this area is not required to beat the game. You must first make your way through the Cathedral of Sacred Blood until you've defeated the Argent Wolf Berserker. You can then pick up a special Vestige that teleports you to a memory of your character. Clear this area to fight the Queen's Knight at the end and receive some story related cutscenes.
  • Defeat the Queen's Knight Reborn in the provisional government outskirts

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat Oliver Collins in the ruined city underground

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat the Insatiable Despot in the dried-up trenches

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat the Butterfly of Delirium in the ruined city center

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat the Successor of the Ribcage in the Cathedral of the Sacred Blood

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat the Successor of the Breath in the Ridge of Frozen Souls

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat the Gilded Hunter in the Ashen Cavern

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat the Successor of the Throat in the Crown of Sand

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat the Blade Bearer and Cannoneer in the Crypt Spire

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Defeat the Skull King in the Gaol of the Stagnant Blood

Story related and can not be missed.
  • View Louis's memory echoes

To view a partner's memory echoes, you must first obtain their respective blood code and then locate a Vestige part for that code. For Louis, you must obtain the Prometheus blood code by speaking with him after defeating a few bosses. Then you must collect Prometheus Vestige or Vestige parts in the Dried-Up Trenches and lastly return to Io to restore them. Upon restoring the first memory of Louis, this achievement will unlock.
  • View Yakumo's memory echoes

To view a partner’s memory echoes, you must first obtain their respective blood code and then locate a Vestige part for that code. For Yakumo, you must obtain the Atlas blood code by speaking with him after defeating a few bosses. Afterwards, you must collect Atlas Vestige or Vestige parts in the Howling Pit then return to Io to restore them. Upon restoring the first memory of Yakumo, this achievement will unlock.
  • View Murasame's memory echoes

To view a partner's memory echoes, you must first obtain their respective blood code and then locate a Vestige part for that code. For Murasame, you must obtain the Hephaestus blood code by speaking with her after arriving at the Crypt Spire. Afterwards you must collect Hephaestus Vestige or Vestige parts in the Crpyt Spire and then return to Io to restore them. Upon restoring the first memory of Murasame, this achievement will unlock.
  • View Coco's memory echoes

To view a partner's memory echoes, you must first obtain their respective blood code and then locate a Vestige part for that code. Coco is a bit unique in having three blood codes with her memories in it. The first of which will be the Hunter Vestige, which parts can be found in the Ruined City Center. The other two are Survivor and Scout Vestiges. Upon restoring the first memory of Coco, this achievement will unlock.
  • View Davis's memory echoes

To view a partner's memory echoes, you must first obtain their respective blood code and then locate a Vestige part for that code. For Davis, you must obtain the Hermes blood code by speaking with him after defeating a few bosses. Afterwards, you must collect Hermes Vestige parts located in various depths maps and lastly return to Io to restore them. Upon restoring the first memory of Davis, this achievement will unlock.
  • View Mia's memory echoes

To view a partner's memory echoes, you must first obtain their respective blood code and then locate a Vestige part for that code. For Mia, you must obtain the Artemis blood code by speaking with her shortly after she joins the group. Afterwards, you must collect Artemis Vestige or Vestige parts in the Ashen Cavern and then return to Io to restore them. Upon restoring the first memory of Mia, this achievement will unlock.
  • View Io's memory echoes

You will be able to access Io's memories after defeating the Successor of the Ribcage in the Cathedral of Sacred Blood.
