Introduction:
Welcome to Cruz Brothers, a very basic 2D head-to-head fighting game. There are many modes and a decent amount of characters, but virtually no difference between the characters. This fighting game poses almost no challenge, as you can spam your way through every fight in the game, and all achievements involve doing only the most basic of tasks during fights. Story Mode will take around an hour and Career Mode a couple hours, but there is virtually no challenge. Follow the walkthrough below and you'll have a hefty increase in gamerscore in just a few hours.
Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Note that each of the sections below is technically independent of the other and could be done in either order, but both modes have later chapters that are locked until you level up enough, and Career Mode requires a higher level later on, so you're pretty much forced to complete Story Mode first anyway.
Story Mode:
Story Mode consists of 13 chapters, each with one, two, or three fights. You'll be playing as a set character for every fight. Despite your character changing, your strategy will be exactly the same: spam your shockwave special move over and over again to destroy your opponents. They likely won't even hit you. The timing on the move (which consists of pressing

Career Mode:
There is very little difference between this mode and Story Mode. Here, you'll be fighting a number of fighters, one after another, in each belt class (which function just like the chapters in Story Mode), with the only difference being that you can actually select whatever character you want in this mode. This makes this section a piece of cake, because you can play as Kaveiro (highlight Faust and press

Note that you'll need to reach rank 30 to access the final section of fights. For me, I didn't get quite enough XP naturally from completing Story Mode first and then progressing in Career Mode. If this happens to you, where your next chapter is locked, simply replay the final fight in chapter 13 of Story Mode and that'll easily give you enough XP to finish off Career Mode.
Mop-Up:
One of the first things you can do to mop up base game achievements is go to Options and view the post credits cutscene for UPCOMING! (50G) if you didn't view it after beating the game. After that, there are a bunch of achievements for playing with someone as Ella's Mayhem in single player. These achievements are all very quick and easy to mop up; refer to BACK FROM THE DEAD (15G) for more information on how to very quickly knock all of those out.
This title update adds five simple achievements for another 1000

This title update's achievements require you to block 20 attacks, motion dodge 10 attacks, and get a 30-hit combo. There is a pretty good chance you got the 30-hit combo naturally during Career Mode in the base game, but if not, you can load up any fight on the easiest difficulty (changed in the Options menu) and just spam

The final title update requires you to win 10 fights in King of the Hill mode in a row, and get 10 critical hits on an opponent. For King of the Hill mode, this is as easy as Career Mode: pick Kaveiro and mash

Conclusion:
Cruz Brothers is a pretty mediocre game at best. There is virtually no variability to the moveset or fighting styles in any of the fights, so the game will likely feel like a grind from start to finish, just getting through all of the fights to get all of the achievements. On the plus side, it's very easy and it's a very large amount of gamerscore for barely any money or time. Congrats on another completion.
