All Cyberpunk 2077 Romance Options

XBA Staff

Like most sprawling RPGs these days, Cyberpunk 2077 has many, many romance options and just as many heated exchanges. Some of these require specific quests to be done, some can only be initiated if you have the right body type or voice (or both), and some are actually story-related, believe it or not. Here’s the full list of who V can get romantically involved with or have a bit of a fling with:

There are 4 main relationship options in Cyberpunk 2077, and each of them have very specific missions and body/voice requirements that need to be finished/satisfied before they can be completed. Here’s who they are and their requirements:

Judy Alvarez

Requires: Feminine body & Feminie voice

Missions needed to complete: “Automatic Love,” “The Space In Between,” “Disasterpiece,” “Double Life,” “Both Sides, Now,” “Ex-Factor,” “Talkin’ ‘Bout a Revolution,” “Pisces,” and finally, the concluding romance mission: “Pyramid Song.”

Panam Palmer

Requires: Masculine body

Missions needed to complete: “Ghost Town,” “Lightning Breaks,” “Life During Wartime,” “Riders on the Storm,” “With a Little Help From my Friends,” and finally, the concluding romance mission: “Queen of the Highway.”

River Ward

Requires: Feminine body
Missions needed to complete: “I Fought the Law,” “The Hunt,” and the concluding romance mission: “Following the River.”

Kerry Eurodyne

Requires: Masculine body & masculine voice

Missions needed to complete: “Holdin’ On,” “Second Conflict,” “A Like Supreme,” “Rebel! Rebel!,” “I Don’t Wanna Hear It,” “Off the Leash,” and the concluding romance mission: “Boat Drinks”

There are also various situations that V can find herself in, where they have a bit of fun with another character. Like the romantic relationships, there are specific requirements here too, mostly down to missions and dialogue choices though. These brief encounters do not affect relationships, so feel free to feast down on as many or as few of these as you want and body type and voice do not matter.

Meredith Stout

Ahhh, Miss Stout, the mega corpo bitch that you encounter during one of the early missions, “The Pickup.” The only way her romance quest (“Venus In Furs”) pops up is if you do and say very specific things in “The Pickup.” Firstly, you must choose to meet with Meredith before the crux of the mission gets going. Then, while in the Maelstrom warehouse, V must go along with her plan. And finally, when Meredith texts V, respond that you were starting to like her. Do all that and the “Venus in Furs” quest will pop that requires V go to the No-Tell Motel in Act 2.

Alt Cunningham

This is actually part of the main story, the mission “Never Fade Away,” which has Johnny experiencing a flashback with him and his former girlfriend.

Ruby Collins

During the side quest for Johnny, “Chippin’ In,” Johnny can have brief relations with Ruby Collins, a dancer from a nightclub Johnny goes to during said quest. Just make sure you're friendly to Johnny throughout the game and give him control over your body when he asks. That's a sure fire way to initiate “Chippin' In.”

Rogue Amendiares

V - while being Johnny - can actually hook up with Johnny’s former flame, Rogue, queen of the Night City fixers. At the end of the side mission, “Chippin’ In,” which appears during Act 3, make sure to choose “A hard road, but looks like we made it” or “Johnny, no need to bare your soul to me” when talking with Johnny in the oilfields. This will unlock “Blistering Love” and subsequently “For Whom The Bell Tolls.”

V can also employ the services of Joytoys located around the city, for a transactional bit of fun. Yes, they’re sex workers. You can find their locations here.
