The Complete Guide to Cyberpunk 2077 Weapons

The Complete Guide to Cyberpunk 2077 Weapons

XBA Staff

Cyberpunk 2077 has an absolute bevvy of weapons for all different playstyles, whether you want to be stealthy with a silencer, up close and personal with a katana… heck, if you want to bounce bullets off walls, you can do that too!

Here’s a list of the best weapons in Cyberpunk 2077 and a complete guide to the best weapons in Night City, specifically the unique ones (and some of our favourites). These are the sort of high calibre guns that if you store them in your stash, they will appear physically on your stash wall - it’s a sight to behold as well.

Before we move on, it’s worth noting that once you find a unique weapon, you’ll unlock the crafting blueprint for them as well, so if an iconic weapon you pick-up along the way starts to get underleveled, just create a new one (with this in mind, it’s always handy to put some points into crafting after you’ve established your build). If all else fails though, you can upgrade them too!

Without further ado, here’s a complete list and location of all Cyberpunk 2077’s stash wall weapons AKA the unique (and highly missable ones), and some of our other favourites:

Archangel Location:

The Archangel hand cannon/pistol is a mission reward for completing “Off The Leash,” the sixth Kerry Eurodyne mission.

Ba Xing Chong Location:

You’ll get the Ba Xing Chong if you complete Johnny’s mission, “Chippin’ In”, provided you beat Smasher and loot the access key card off of him. This gets you into a room at the back-end of the Ebunike.

Breakthrough Location:

You’ll get Breakthrough from a Suspect Organized Crime event in Rancho Coronado.

Buzzsaw Location:

The Buzzsaw can be looted during an Suspect Organized Crime event in Rancho Coronado.

Comrade’s Hammer Location:

Comrade’s Hammer can be found during a Suspect Organized Crime event in Arroyo.

Crash Location:

The Crash hand cannon/pistol is a mission reward for completing “Follow the River” from River Ward (who will text you).

Jinchu-Maru Location:

During the mission “Play It Safe,” you can loot this from Oda. Highly missable.

La Chingona Dorada Location:

This is highly missable too! To get La Chingona Dorada you have to choose to send Jackie’s body to his family after the heist at the end of act 1. You’ll be able to find his pistol then on the table after the “Heroes” side quest.

Malorian Arms 3516 Location:

The Malorian Arms 3516 is a mission reward for completing “Chippin’ In.”

Moron Labe Location:

You can loot the Moron Labe from a Suspect Organized Crime event in the West Wind Estate.

Mox Location:

The Mox, which is Judy’s shotgun, is either given to you by Judy either when she leaves Night City, or when you’re in a relationship, after more than a few text messages. She’ll leave it in her apartment.

Overwatch Location:

The Overwatch sniper rifle, which is an absolute beast thanks to its silencer, is a mission reward for completing “Riders on the Storm.”

Plan B Location:

You can get the Plan B pistol if you head back to where Dex shot you at the end of Act 1 (after the heist).

Psalm 11:6 Location:
The Psalm 11:6 assault rifle, which causes burn, can be looted during a Suspected Organized Crime in Northside.

Satori Location:

Another highly missable weapon. Satori, the samurai sword, can be looted from the helicarrier on the roof during the heist at the end of the first act. When the game says to escape the room, don’t, head upstairs before you leave Yorinobu’s apartment. It’s a great sword with some incredible crit damage.

Skippy Location:

Everyone needs Skippy, the talking gun, in their lives. But where is Skippy, you ask? Well, Skippy’s location is actually found in a back-alley in Vista Del Rey, in Heywood. He’ll appear as a side job on the map, near the river to the east, north-east of the Shooting Range fast travel point.

Sovereign Location:

The Sovereign shotgun can be found during a Suspected Organized Crime event in Japantown.

The Headsman Location:

You’ll be able to find The Headsman pump shotgun during a Suspected Organized Crime event in North Oak.

Yinglong Location:

The Yinglong gun is found during a Suspected Organized Crime in Wellsprings.

This isn’t an exhaustive list of Cyberpunk 2077’s best weapons (the above are just the iconic ones that will show physically in your stash - they’re pretty great too!), there are also some fantastic other (iconic) weapons elsewhere in Night City, some of our favourites are as follows:

The O’Five Location:

The O’Five is an iconic version of the Techtronika SPT32 sniper rifle, which basically shoots explosive tipped sniper bullets. It’s pretty damn mental, and can be retrieved during the side mission, “Beat on the Brat: Arroyo.” If you have 12 in body, you can get Buck to put his gun on the line, or, kill him and his mates for it after. Your call… It is a great gun though!

Cottonmouth Location:

Ever wanted an electric pimp cane? Well, if you did, then the Cottonmouth will be right up your alley! While doing “The Space In-Between” mission, and while in Fingers’ clinic, make sure you grab the Cottonmouth beside Fingers’ bed. It’d be rude not to.

Sir John Phallustiff Location:

Okay, this isn’t that great… it’s basically a big dildo shaped baseball bat, but it is kind of funny, so why not seek it out. You can grab this phallic object off Meredith Stout’s bed, after the “Venus in Furs” side quest. To be able to get this quest to show up, you’re going to need to pay specific attention to Meredith Stout’s romance encounter, and how to make sure you don’t miss it.

Doom Doom Location:

We're huge fans of the DR5-Nova in Cyberpunk 2077, especially with a silencer attached which is a great alternative to the Overture for our amazing hitman build, which is why we like the Doom Doom gun, which is a Nova variant. It is, however, rather tricky to get. In order to get the Doom Doom, you need to keep Dum Dum alive in “The Pickup” mission, and then kill him in “The Second Conflict” mission. So, basically: kill Dum Dum, the psychotic Maelstrom… but not too early!

Divided We Stand Location:

Smart guns in Cyberpunk 2077 are just really fun, and while Skippy might be the perfect Smart gun to accompany you on your time in Night City, if you want a change, can we recommend the Divided We Stand assault rifle, a D5 Sidewinder variant. To get this, simply beat Walker’s score during the “Stadium Love'' side mission. This badboy variant can actually target 5 targets at once, with Chemical bullets that have a high chance to apply the poisoned status effect. Yup, it’s that mental.
