Introduction:
This is a fairly easy 1000g provided you have a good boosting group available for the online achievements. I had no problem finding a co-op partner for the runthroughs, but finding four was far trickier. Overall the game feels (and looks) like a poor man's Gears of War but once you get used to it isn't too bad.

Walkthrough:
First of all you want to find yourself a partner for the walkthrough. You have to complete the game in co-op, so you may as well get Trooper, Peacemaker, Revenant, Double Time and People Skills out of the way in one go. However, you cannot start the game on the Insane difficulty from the start. The way around this is with cheat codes. They can be entered from the main menu. Enter the word 'Revenant' to unlock Insane before you start your playthrough. Other (less useful) cheats can be found here. During this playthrough keep an eye on miscellaneous achievements, most will come naturally. The only one which may prove tricky is Dumb Luck, see achievement guide for more info. Also make sure to pick up all collectibles, use this guide to get them all. Only one of you needs to pick up the collectible and will count for both of you. Once you finish your campaign, you will have most if not all of the offline achievements and depending on lag and ability shouldn't take too long, maybe 8-10 hours.

Online/Multiplayer:
Again make sure you have a confirmed dependable boosting group for the online achievements as there are a lot of achievements that will take time to do. It is useful to have at least one of you tracking who has what done on what map to avoid confusion and speed up things.

Conclusion:
Overall an easy but at times frustrating 1000/1000, with an unnecessary online element to it. You should have everything done by the time you have the online element done, if not achievements carry on through different games, so start another playthrough on easy and mop up there.

There are 38 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Complete the Game on Casual.

    See Revenant

  • Complete the Game on Hardcore.

    See Revenant

  • Complete the Game on Insane.

    (1)

These difficulty achievements can be stacked. Unfortunately, Insane has to be unlocked by playing through the game on Hardcore first UNLESS you play in co-op with a friend who has already unlocked Insane. In that case, you can complete the game in a single playthrough. You'll want to make good use of cover and stay relatively close to your partner. For most of the game you can be revived from anywhere, but you have a better chance of not getting killed in the first place if you work together.

  • Complete any chapter after Arrowtree in Co-op on any difficulty

    (1)

This is story-based and cannot be missed if you're playing in co-op mode.

  • Complete the game in Co-op on any difficulty.

    (2)

Simply play through the entire game in co-op mode. Co-op is substantially easier than playing solo anyway, so it's far faster to play with a friend than play alone.

  • Sniper

    20

    Get 20 Headshots.

Once you get the sniper rifle, just focus on taking the enemy out from a distance and you'll unlock this quite quickly. Many of the levels are large and very open, making them ideal for long-range sniping.

  • Kill 20 enemies without alerting them.

You can do this with head shots from a distance or just try to sneak up on them. Sniping from a distance will be your best option, but you can use the grenade launcher or trip mines on unaware enemies.

  • Kill 20 enemies with a vehicle.

You start using vehicles once into the second level so just find some enemies and run them down. Even if you don't try very hard, you should easily unlock this before the end of the game.

  • Pyro

    20

Kill 20 enemies with explosive damage.

    (1)

Your best bet will be thrown explosives and using your spirit vision to know your enemies paths so that you can also plant mines in their way. You can also use the explosive barrels and the grenade launcher.

  • Kill 5 enemies at once with explosive damage.

    (1)

The best way to do this is to play in co-op.
    1. Let the person that isn't getting the achievement run ahead and get the attention of as many enemies as possible.
    2. Let them kill that person. The enemies should them gather around the downed player. After you're downed you can see the people vaguely, so count them until you see more than five. Then tell the other player to go.
    3. The player getting the achievement them catches up and throws a trip mine or shoots the explosive arrow gun.

  • Successfully wall-jump 100 times.

To Wall Jump you can just jump towards a wall with the Button and then hit a again as you hit the wall. This is easily going to unlock before the end of the campaign, but, if you're in a hurry, you can just hop back and forth between two walls until it unlocks.

  • Chain together any 3 physical abilities in 5 seconds or less.

This should come quite early on, when you find a bridge or a gap in the floor press to hang off the edge now hold your and hit to jump from one ledge to the other and repeat two more times

  • You or a Co-op partner collects 1 Emblem.

    See Emblematic

  • You or a Co-op partner collects 10 Emblems.

    See Emblematic

  • You or a Co-op partner collects 20 Emblems.

    (2)

A link to the list of Emblems can be found HERE.

  • Shoot 25 Trip Mines out of the air.

Go into a player match with a friend on Cathedra. There are four trip mines that respawn in the center of the map. Look directly into the sky and also zoom in with your weapon so that you can look higher. Have you friend standing directly behind you doing the same thing and throw your trip mine into the air and have your friend shoot it with the machine gun, repeat twenty-four more times and the achievement will pop.

  • Get 10 Kills in a Ranked Multiplayer Match.

This can be done legit or you can get together with some friends. Four players are required to start a ranked match and you shouldn't have any trouble finding each other at this point.

If you get enough kills sometimes the achievement won't unlock at the end of the match. This is caused by the game taking away kills if you commit suicide or fall to you death. For example, 11 kills - 3 falls = only 8 kills and no achievement.

I cannot stress how important it is that when a match ends you remain in the game until the timer reaches 0 or you WILL NOT get credit towards the progressive achievements.

  • Host 25 Ranked Multiplayer Matches.

Just host 25 Ranked Matches. The game must be completed for progress towards the achievement.

  • Kill 3 players at once with Trip Mines in a Ranked Multiplayer Match.

This can be done legit, but will be very difficult. You can get together with some friends and boost it. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just get the other three players together in the middle of the map, damage them all with your gun and then finish them off with the Trip Mine.

  • Get 10 headshot kills in one Ranked Multiplayer Match.

This can be done legitimately with any weapon, which isn't too difficult, but you can also boost it with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just get a rifle and kill ten people with headshots.

  • Win 25 Ranked Multiplayer Matches.

This can easily be boosted with your friends. You simply need four people to start a Ranked Match.

  • Win 1 Ranked Multiplayer Match of each Type.

The easiest way to unlock this is to boost it with three other friends. Four people are required to start a Ranked Match. There are four game types that you have to win: Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, and King of the Hill. Win one of each and the achievement will unlock at the loading out screen of the final match.

  • Win 1 Ranked Multiplayer Match on every Map.

The easiest way to unlock this is to boost it with three other friends. Four people are required to start a Ranked Match. There are eight maps that you must win on: Town Hall, Boiler Room, Shaman, Cathedral, The Shaft, Cave In, PSI Top Side, and Broken Home.

  • Win 10 straight Ranked Multiplayer Matches.

This can be done legit or you can get together with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just win ten matches in a row and the achievement will unlock.

  • Kill 10 enemies using only the Autorevolver in a ranked Multiplayer Match.

This can be done legit or you can get together with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just get ten total kills with the Autorevolver in a single match.

  • Capture 3 flags in a Ranked Multiplayer Match.

This can be done legit or you can get together with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just capture the flag all three times in a single match.

  • Capture a flag in 10 straight Ranked Multiplayer Matches.

This can be done legit or you can get together with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just get at least one flag capture in three straight matches.

  • Win 5 straight Ranked King of the Hill Matches.

This can be done legit or you can get together with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just win five consecutive matches in King of the Hill Mode.

  • Make a Flag Capture in a Ranked Multiplayer Match without firing a shot or using grenades.

This can be done legit or you can get together with some friends. Four players are required to start a Ranked Match. Just run straight to the flag, grab it, and return it without firing your gun and tossing a grenade. If you're boosting, this should be very simple.
