Introduction:
Deep Space Rush is a basic side-scroller by Ratalaika Games. You land on a space station and you are tasked with defeating as many monsters as possible. Along the way there are traps to avoid and weapons and power ups to pick up.
Each time you die, the level is randomly generated so you never play the same layout twice. The achievements are very straightforward; complete up to 100 zones, defeat up to 100 monsters, and buy items in the store. The game is very simple, even for the unskilled, and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Full credit for the 100% video walkthrough goes to Achievement Land.
Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Since the achievements are cumulative in this game, you can die as many times as you like without consequence. For dying the first time, you will unlock "Corpse". Unfortunately, the achievements don't track so you just have to keep playing until you unlock them all.
There are three achievements related to purchasing items at the shop. The first two can be unlocked at the same time provided you have collected at least 20 coins and you buy a heart (health). The third achievement is for maxing out one of the items in the shop. To max out an item, you need to get that item up to Level 5. Refer to "Super Spender" for more information.
Every time a wall closes behind you, you've completed a zone. You'll likely not realize that you're completing zones as you are concentrating on killing monsters. Keep playing and you'll unlock these six achievements in no time.
The remaining six achievements are for killing monsters, which should be your main focus. They can be killed either by shooting them or coming in contact with your shield if you have it activated. As you upgrade your weapon, it becomes easier to kill them, but it is only necessary to upgrade your default weapon. The other weapons are picked up randomly and don't last long enough to have any real effect. You will likely die many times while trying to unlock these achievements, but they should come quick enough.
Note: There are really only three items that you should be buying upgrades for: default weapon, heart (health) and the shield (blue circle on the second page of the store). Buying any other weapon isn't necessary, but you can experiment if you like. Every other weapon (and the shield) are picked up as you progress through the level.
Conclusion:
All in all, Deep Space Rush is your basic Ratalaika game. This game takes no real skill to play. Just about every achievement is progression related so you should unlock the full 1000 in about a half hour, give or take.
