Introduction:

Disney Infinity is a new IP that is very similar to Skylanders. The player can collect figurines as well as power disks, these items can add to anything from what worlds a player can visit to what items they can use and even how they can customize their toy box.

Preparation:

Depending on what the player seeks to get out of the game this can be very costly otherwise you will only need to spend 5$, When you purchase the starter set (the big box that comes with the base, Jack, Sulley, and Mr. Incredible) it will come with a few power disks if you are lucky you may get the power disk for Power Up! Otherwise you will have to go the store to buy One pack that has a power up disk inside. You can easily spot these by feeling the package. You are feeling for a Circular disk where as all the others are Hexagonal.

Whilst Leveling characters you will earn "Spins" to unlock items in the toy box, Save these for now as later after completing the story missions you will need to unlock specific items to level your characters up to level 15 quickly as well as unlock specific items needed for feats. You can find your feats by hitting and going to feats. if you have come to this point and need more spins. You can use the exploit listed under Toy Maker Extreme (works as of 9/17/13).

Start the game off by focusing on the mastery adventures followed by the story for each figurine. Focus then on getting the Fan "Action Toy" to use the leveling exploit listed under Character Elite Force. Follow up by finishing and repeating any needed feats in the toy box, the toy box and regular adventures are the only place to get feats.

Missable Achievements:

None. You may revisit any story or aspect of the game to get what you need. Note however to save spins to get the fan and any toys you may need to get your feats you aim to finish.

There are 50 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Collect 15 Stars in a Play Set.

See All Star below for more details.

  • Collect 15 Stars in 2 Play Sets.

See All Star below for more details.

  • Collect 15 Stars in 3 Play Sets.

In each Play Set there are a total of 30 stars you can achieve. The stars available can be seen in the mission log after you hit . You will likely get this in a natural course as long as you do the side quests. Most times you will get 10 from just the story alone. In each playset I found myself finishing with 24-27.

  • Collect 50 Stars.

See Wish Upon a Star below for more details.

  • Collect 70 Stars in the Disney Infinity Starter Pack.

Stars can be obtained both through the 45 required to get All Star, completing mastery adventures(tutorials), and the challenge adventures which are required for It's All Gold!. Just focus on knocking the adventures out after the story and trying to get each one to gold, the races being the hardest. Also remeber that EACH figurine has an adventure challenge.

  • Play a 2-player game using two different Characters.

Load up the toybox and plug in a second controller put the second character on the other available figurine slot and sign into a XBL guest account. Push start after signing in.

  • Unlock 3 Character Chests.

Character related chests can be found through out the story in each area you will see what looks like an old jukebox/chest with your characters picture on it, walk up to it and hit . Repeat this two more times for the achievement, this is a cumulative count and can be done across multiple characters.

  • Level up 3 Characters to Level 15.

Every character levels up by completing quests in story mode and finishing adventures. The fastest way however is to save all your spins until you have at least 16. Go to the disney infinity Hub(The large White floor panel with the 4 hologram sections, one can always be found in the Hall of Heroes) and walk over the yellow one with the safe emitter image. Once the Window opens you want to look for the "Fan" action toy. Hit to shuffle if necessary and get it on your spin screen. Once you have found it hit to spin until you unlock it. Go to your Toy Box and place the fan on the ground using your toy placement menu , navigate to the fan or action toys and select fan. Once you have placed a fan on the floor place a ground vehicle as well. These are cars and the like, drive the car slowly up towards to fan by tapping on the gas till you're at the edge of the fan and then jump with . Don't touch anything else, if done correctly you will just be floating in the air on the wind from the fan you can then set your control stick against an object to continually do tricks or you can use a rubber band.

Come back after an hour, move the left thumbstick back the direction you originally came some and make sure you land the jump (best done on flat open ground) and your character will be level 15, it will be less time if you have just done the story mode as suggested.

  • Level up 2 Characters to Level 15.

See Character Elite Force above for more details.

  • Level up 1 Character to Level 15.

See Character Elite Force above for more details.

  • Visit the Hall of Heroes.

Very simple once the game has loaded you in front of Cinderella's castle visit the hall of heroes from the Infinity hub by standing on the red emitter of the colliseum.

  • Play 3 Play Sets and the Toy Box.

You will get this as you complete the three story achievements and finishing feats.

  • Drive a car, pilot a helicopter, and a ride a mount.

Finish the story first then go to your toy box. Place the car and the helicopter from the Incredibles play set and the mount from Monsters Play set (make sure you purchase it in the playset after you've finished the last quest.) Then ride them all. bink!

  • Place one Power Disc on the Disney Infinity Base.

This is described in the prepartion section of the game power discs are the circular disks that add abilities when placed under your figurine. Once you have a power up just place it under the figurine of your choice on the infinity base.

Depending on what the player seeks to get out of the game this can be very costly otherwise you will only need to spend 5$, When you purchase the starter set (the big box that comes with the base, Jack, Sulley, and Mr. Incredible) it will come with a few power disks if you are lucky you may get the circular power disk. Otherwise you will have to go the store to buy One pack that has a power up disk inside. You can easily spot these by feeling the package. You are feeling for a Circular disk where as all the others are Hexagonal.

  • Talk to mission givers 20 times throughout Disney Infinity.

As you go through the story you will be required to finish missions to complete the story, this will come naturally through the progression of all three of the starter characters but if you want to get this earlier simply do side quests as you finish each play set. Mission givers can be found often through a side quest finder "quest" or by looking for a blue quest spot light that emits above the quest givers head straight into the sky. Finish the task given (you can track it by hitting when they give it or through the mission log) 20 times and this is yours.

  • Defeat 100 enemies throughout Disney Infinity.

This will come either through feats (defeat 5000 enemies) or by simply finishing the story.

  • Play a 4 player game.

This is a Multiplayer Online Achievement. This will require you to find a friend or boost partner Here They must be on your friends list to join your game at this time. They must also have a second controller for this to work.

  • Defeat another player's Character.

See Not Sorry? below for more details.

  • Defeat 40 player Characters.

Load up the toybox and plug in a second controller put the second character on the other available figurine slot and sign into a XBL guest account. Push start after signing in.

Go to the edge of the terrain blocks with both characters and begin to pick up and throw the Guest player or Second player off the cliff, they will respawn next to you, you can repeat this 39 more times for both the "battle achievements"

  • Stand on top of a stack of 4 Characters.

This is a Multiplayer Online Achievement. This will require you to find a friend or boost partner Here They must be on your friends list to join your game at this time. They must also have a second controller for this to work.

Once in a game with a friend both of you sign into guest accounts via the second controller using the guide button then hit to sign in and select the guest account. press in game have your friend pick up his character using then use your second controller to pick up both of them, continue by using your Primary account to pick your guest account up to make a stack of four.

  • Win First Place in a multiplayer Adventure.

Sign in to a guest account/silver account (guide button, sign in, guest account/silver account, press start in game) and then start any of the adventures. I picked the angry birds/wreckateer one and then just finish the adventure on your main account and win(if someone else is playing)/don't die.

  • Save 4 different Toy Box worlds.

Whilst in toy box just make four separate saves of the same place you can access the save function after hitting . I also added a toy each time just for good measure.

  • Complete all Mastery Adventures.

These are the Tutorials so to speak. You can access them from the floating world emitter at the disney infinity hub, then select mastery adventures. In each adventure follow the very easy voiced instructions to complete them, once you have done all of them this will unlock, just go down the list starting with the first one.

  • Place a toy from a Play Set in a Toy Box you are hosting.

After finishing the story you will be able to buy toys while playing, place one of these toys or a toy from the capsule in the related world in your toy box to knock out this easy one.

  • Take 10 turns in the Disney Infinity Vault.

See Toy Maker Extreme for more details.

  • Take 20 turns in the Disney Infinity Vault.

See Toy Maker Extreme for more details.

  • Win 5 bonuses in the Disney Infinity Vault.

See Toy Maker Extreme for more details.

  • Take 30 turns in the Disney Infinity Vault.

Whilst leveling your characters you will receive spins, one for each level. You should be saving your spins until you have unlocked the fan to make the leveling process much faster. Once you have unlocked the fan continue to use your spins, but, prioritize towards getting the bonuses (the Gold background items). To do this just hit to spin but if you get a bonus and haven't removed too many toys from the 16 available then shuffle to increase your odds. For example, if I got a bonus and 13/16 items were left I would shuffle to get two new bonus options. Once you have the fan and the bonuses you can rather focus on getting toys you would like that can help with feats or just spin until you get this achievement.

The items you will need to purchase for feats are as listed:

    • Ring of Fire
    • Splash Pool
    • Fan
    • Super Cannon
    • Elevator
    • Shrink and Grow Pads
    • Conveyor Belt

I do not take any credit for this video but can confirm its use:

  • Get 18 Stars from Adventures.

You will need to complete adventures in order to get this achievement, bronze is one star, silver is two, and gold is three. This will require any combination of rank to net 18 stars.

See It's All Gold! for more details.

  • Complete 25 feats.

See Feat Master for more details.

  • Complete 75 feats.

Feats are found by hitting and selecting feats. Many feats have more than one rank such as defeating enemies or spending time drifting. Complete 75 of these to finish the achievement. I found that going down the list and completing the less time consuming ones to be the easiest. You may want to create multiple toy boxes, one with a race track and another with open space for enemies.

  • Complete 3 Adventures to bronze standard.

See It's All Gold! for more details.

  • Complete 3 Adventures to silver standard.

See It's All Gold! for more details.

  • Complete 3 Adventures to gold standard.

From the toy box navigate to an Infinity hub or to the travel section from the menu to adventures sub section. Once there you can do the 3 challenges from each character respectively as well as the challenges that come with the Disney infinity starter set. There are 5 driving ones which take longer to get 1st place in (note: place is by time not pole position), you will need to drift almost full time and do tricks constantly in order to beat the 41 second/lap avg. I would recommend doing all other challenges first and skip the racing or just get second to boost your overall stars. The angry birds/wreckateer one is easiest.

  • Complete a story mission in a multiplayer game.

To complete this one using the starter set figures start the toy box and sign into a guest account on the second controller. Start a new one or load any story that still has story missions left. The game will inform you that you are using the incorrect character for the story continue to play on your main profile until the mission is complete and this will unlock.

  • Complete a story mission.

See There is no "end" in infinity! for more details.

  • Complete the story in a Play Set.

See There is no "end" in infinity! for more details.

  • Complete the story in 2 Play Sets.

See There is no "end" in infinity! for more details.

  • Complete the story in 3 Play Sets.

This achievement will require you to finish the story sections of the game using Jack Sparrow, Sulley, and Mr. Incredible, assuming you are only using the starter figures. All of the story missions will be given to you right from the start and can be tracked by hitting and selecting mission log, highlight the quest and track it by hitting show me (). Follow the green arrow markers and listen to the voice over guide or use info from mission log to finish quests until you fight davy jones, steal the pig, or fight sinestro respectively.

  • Unlock 10 toys from Play Sets.

As you finish the story new toys will become available to purchase, some will be required in order for you to even finish the story. You should get 10 just by buying the required toys for story missions. As you go purchase toys anyways as they will help with toy box feats or adventures completion.

  • Buy 2 Packs from one Play Set.

You will get this by purchasing required toys in the story missions. As you go through the story more and more toys will be available to purchase, find the Infinity playset cube to purchase any item or purchase items by hitting and selecting toy store. After you have purchased the item be sure to go and pick it up.

  • Buy 2 Tools from one Play Set.

You will get this by purchasing required toys in the story missions. As you go through the story more and more toys will be available to purchase, find the Infinity playset cube to purchase any item or purchase items by hitting and selecting toy store. After you have purchased the item be sure to go and pick it up.

  • Buy 4 Play Set buildings and place them in the Toy Box.

After finishing the stories place the four buildings from the Incredibles playset or all the frat houses from the monsters playset and this will unlock.

  • Customize 6 buildings in the Play Sets.

You can get this in the monsters playset as you get about half way through the story. you will get to a part where you will have to rebuild frat row. As you complete the missions here and build the other frat houses customize them by walking up to the front door and changing their themes. This will unlock after you finish your sixth frat house.

  • Complete the "Easy" level on all Challenges in a single Play Set.

See Challenges Conquered for more details.

  • Complete the "Medium" level on all Challenges in a single Play Set.

See Challenges Conquered for more details.

  • Complete the "Hard" level on all Challenges in a single Play Set.

This will be the most difficult achievement to get. Challenges require you to do varying tasks such as defeat enemies or complete a checkpoint race and destroy Logo bubbles. I found the easiest play set to complete this in was the monsters play set with the hardest being the Sulley challenge in the monsters U section of the play set. Practice is key here and most of the time following the paths made by the bubbles will lead you to finishing under time or destroying all targets. Just keep trying and you will finish all of them on hard. You DO NOT need to have the other specific characters to get this, I completed this with just the starter set so you may not need to do Sulley's challenge to finish this one, go around all the zones looking for the white beacons and make sure you buy all the store toys to ensure you can do the challenges.

Other players are suggesting that the pirates play set only has 9 overall challenges, and that the Incredibles is very easy to navigate, with which I agree. I also did all the Incredibles challenges but these just take a bit more practice.

  • Complete 5 Challenges on easy.

See Challenges Conquered for more details.

  • Complete 5 Challenges on medium.

See Challenges Conquered for more details.

  • Complete 5 Challenges on hard.

See Challenges Conquered for more details.
