Introduction:
Travel to the depths of hell and layeth the biggest smackdown of your life on hordes of demons hell-bent on destruction. The classic franchise that started the first-person shooter revolution comes roaring back with a vengeance! Retrofitted for the modern age, Doom returns with more hell-born fury than your twitchy finger can handle. As a Doom Marine, you have one objective - kill all demons. With a treasure trove of powerful weapons at your disposal, it's just you versus a menagerie of beasts thirsting to tear you apart. For even more intense trigger-happy fun, multiplayer lets you compete to see who the ultimate gunner is among your friends - or enemies.

Step 1: SnapMap
Select SnapMap and start by completing the tutorials, publishing your own map and playing five published SnapMaps. After finishing this step you will earn:

  • Shareware

Step 2: Multiplayer

  • IPXSETUP.EXE
  • Combat tested, Doomguy approved

Step 3: Campaign
Go ahead and start the DOOM campaign on the easiest difficulty 'I'm Too Young To Die'. This way you are guarantee to complete every mission without any frustration or unnecessary deaths. The DOOM campaign will keep you busy by offering a number of different task to complete.

During your campaign run you will want to keep a few things in mind; complete all three challenges per level, perform glory kills on all common enemies you encounter, make use of the explosive barrels to kill enemies, pick up powerups when available and use the chainsaw. Performing these task are related to achievements.

Another thing you will want to focus on during your campaign run will be the weapon upgrades and weapon mastery. As you unlock weapons and start unlocking their upgrades you will unlock the weapon mastery challenges which will require to kill certain enemies with that particular weapon.

Also no game is complete without collectibles. There are over 200 collectibles in DOOM: 79 Secrets, 49 Data Logs, 36 Elite Guards, 26 Collectibles Dolls, 12 Runes Trial, 12 Field Drones and 13 Automaps. Following one of the guides below will help you in locating all collectibles.

Step 4: The UAC on Ultra-Nightmare
By far the most difficult achievement in the game. Ultra-Nightmare is unlocked after completing the mission Kadingir Sanctum. See "A Toe into Madness" for more details.

Unto the Evil DLC

Introduction:
Unto the Evil is the first achievement-based DLC released for DOOM. There are only five achievements and they are very easy to unlock assuming you are at least somewhat competent at first person shooters.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
First, I would suggest customizing your character and loadout appropriately. So, on the multiplayer main page or in a lobby, customize your character's Taunt and Armour, referring to their descriptions below if you don't know how, then customize a Loadout to include the EMG Mark V pistol and the Kinetic Mines. When you get into a match, the first of the 5 achievements will unlock, "Computing With Style" for the armour piece and then use your taunt for the "Sitting Duck" achievement, for your first 40.

From here, you can work towards the other three achievements as you play, "Tenderizing the Crops", "Marked for Death" & "Motion in the Explosion" by using the EMG V Pistol and Kinetic Mines to kill players as well as trying to pick the Demon Rune up before any other player for the remaining 60.

Hell Followed DLC

Introduction:
Hell Followed is the second online DLC for DOOM and is very much the same story as the first in regards to the achievements. It is relatively quick and easy and mostly will rely on some luck and a little bit of FPS competence.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
Your first two actions after downloading the DLC will be to go to customize your character with a new taunt and a piece of armour from this DLC (Cyber-Demonic). After this you will want to create a custom loadout if you haven't already done so; for one of your weapons, equip the new 'Reaper' gun and for your equipment, equip the 'Threat Pulse.' Now you will want to join a game. The achievement "Beauty is Pain" will unlock as soon as the match starts. Use your taunt whenever you wish for that achievement, use your Reaper to get kills with and use your Threat Pulse whenever it is available and you'll have or at least be working quickly towards "Like Nobody is Watching," "Reaping all the Benefits'' and "Threat Assessment."

Your final achievement, ''Eat your Vitamins," is more than likely to be your final one. Be sure to choose the Cacodemon before each match and then hope to be near a Demon Rune when they spawn so that you can get your Cacodemon kills for the final achievement of the DLC.

Arcade Mode DLC

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
There are only three achievements in this Title Update. First, "Filling the Trophy Case" is for obtaining all 14 unique medals in one run. Next, "Go for the Gold" is for getting a Gold rating in a level by killing enemies and keeping your chain multiplier going to get more points. Finally, "Arcade Stockpile" is for obtaining 20 extra lives or relics in Arcade Mode (which can be done over multiple games).

Conclusion:
Overall this DLC is not hard and there are only three achievements to unlock, and should only take an hour to complete.

Bloodfall DLC

Introduction:
Bloodfall is the third online DLC for DOOM and is very much the same story as the first two in regards to the achievement list. It is again relatively quick and easy and mostly will rely on some luck and a little bit of FPS competence.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
As before, your first two actions after downloading the DLC will be to go to customize your character with a new taunt and a piece of armour from this DLC. Then in a custom loadout add the Grenade Launcher as one of your weapons.

When you've done the above, join a game of your choosing, though I found Warpath to be the best game mode for the Demon Kills/Multi-kill achievements. As you join the game, ''Fashion Fanatic'' will unlock for wearing your new armour piece, then use a taunt from the new list for "Insult to Injury." Now you just need to use your Grenade Launcher to get ten kills for "Successful Launch" while trying your very best to get the Demon Rune when it is available. Warpath will likely have multiple enemies close together as they should be fighting to gain control of the objective so it is a good game mode to get the multikill for "Bowling for Gibs."

Title Update 6.66 DLC

Introduction:
Update 6.66 changes a lot in DOOM multiplayer. It was released at the same time all three previously paid expansions went free on July 20th, 2017. With this update, it changes the entire landscape of multiplayer. Instead of having armor, weapons and other items already unlocked, you have to level up to earn them, so the requirements for some achievements have been altered.

Note: These achievements or any of the other multiplayer achievements will not unlock in Private Matches.

Abbreviated Playthrough:
Challenges, runes and medal ratings are new to multiplayer with this update. There are only three achievements in this title update, and all are unlockable with level progression.

For “On Track,” set any challenge to be tracked and complete that challenge. Next, “A Memorable Performance” is for getting a Gold rating in a multiplayer match buy obtaining a certain amount of point. Warpath and Sector game modes seem to have the lowest point requirements. Finally, “Slotted for Success” is for unlocking all the multiplayer runes. To do this, all you need to do is to progress to Level 44.

Boosting:
All three of these achievements are boostable. If you have a full lobby of boosters, these can all be obtained in about a four hour time span playing ‘Sector’ (ring capture boosting). If there is a Double XP weekend, these can be unlocked with a full lobby inside of two hours.

Overall Conclusion:
So, very easy, pretty quick, and awesome DOOM online game-play! What are you waiting for?!

Complete the first mission of the campaign

Story related and cannot be missed!

Simply complete the first mission of campaign 'The UAC'.

  • Complete the campaign on "I'm too Young to Die", "Hurt Me Plenty", "Ultra-Violence", or "Nightmare"

It is recommended you go through the campaign on 'I'm too Young to Die', but that's just me. If that is too easy or not challenging enough, then go ahead and select one of the other difficulties provided.

Also make use of the Runes as you unlock them. Upgrading the Runes will definitely Help you as you progress through the campaign.. A great set up would be:

    • Armored Offense II - Performing a Glory Kill on enemies will drop more armor pickups
    • Rich Get Richer II - Firing stander weapons will cost no ammo as long as your armor level is above 75
    • In-Flight Mobility II - Provides more air control while jumping

Of course you can choose any three Runes combination you choose. These three really go well with each other. IMO.

    Complete all campaign missions:

    • The UAC
    • Resource Operations
    • Foundry
    • Argent Facility
    • Argent Energy Tower
    • Kadingir Sanctum
    • Argent Facility (Destroyed)
    • Advance Research Complex
    • Lazarus Labs
    • Titan's Realm
    • The Necropolis
    • Vega Central Processing
    • Argent D'Nur
  • Complete "The UAC" on Ultra-Nightmare.

'Ultra-Nightmare' difficulty is unlocked after completing the mission 'Kadingir Sanctum'. After 'Ultra-Nightmare' difficulty is unlocked you will need to start a new game in a new slot, this is the only way to select this difficulty.

'The UAC' on 'Ultra-Nightmare' isn't has hard as it sounds. True, enemies will inflict more damage, you will lose health and armor very quickly, health and armor picks up do not drastically raise your defenses and the worst part of this difficulty is if you die you will have to start the level from the very beginning! Enemies still take around the same amount of bullet fire 1-3 hits depending on the enemy.

Also playing 'The UAC' mission again on 'I'm Too Young To Die' difficulty before playing it on 'Ultra-Nightmare' can help you memorize enemy locations, vantage spots and where health, armor and ammo picks ups are.

    Some helpful tips:

    • Do NOT rush forward. Let the enemies come to you.
    • Do NOT stay still in one spot. You may get hit by enemy splash damage. Instead keep moving.
    • Find the secret DOOM room to unlock a weapon upgrade and use it on the Pistol to purchase the Charge Efficiency upgrade.
    • When you have reached the Field Drone select the Explosive Shot mod for the Shotgun.
    • Try not to pick up health, armor or ammo before a fight, unless it is really necessary. Instead wait until you have cleared the area of all enemies.

Below are two video walkthrough guides from two different perspectives.

    - Harry94's view click HERE!
    - PowerPyx's view click HERE!

*There is a glitch after the first set of enemies and the blue keycard door, there's a forklift that facilitates a series of jumps that allows you to skip the rest of the level. Have a look at the video HERE.

  • Kill 50 enemies using the Chainsaw

This will come with natural progression. The chainsaw is found early on during the mission 'Resource Operations', don't worry if you miss it here. The chainsaw appears at least once per level.

After obtaining the chainsaw, press to bring out the chainsaw and to cut into an enemy. Using the chainsaw on an enemy will cause an abundance of ammo to explode out of the sliced enemy. After the chainsaw has run out of fuel, you will need to find tanks of fuel spread out through the levels.

  • Earn the Mastery for a weapon mod

    See "IDKFA" for more details.

  • IDKFA

Earn the Masteries for all weapon mods

Weapon mods are upgraded with points. These upgrade points are earned in various ways, namely finding secrets and data logs and, from mission 'Foundry' onwards, by killing as many enemies as possible in the level to earn Combat Score.

Before completing a mission make sure you have killed as many enemies as possible and have earned all five Combat Score upgrade points. You can see your Combat Score in the top right corner of the screen. After killing X amount of enemies you will notice the grey triangle symbol turn yellow.

When you have earned a good amount of points to purchase an upgrade, press and scroll to Arsenal . While you are here, you will be able to see all the weapons you have found. Each weapon has three or four upgrades. The first three are purchased using upgrade points, and the last one is the weapon mastery.

The requirements for each weapons mastery are straight forward. It is recommend you buy the weapon mods and attempt the mastery early on. You can reload checkpoints to grind out kills.

  • Acquire all weapon mods

Weapon mods are acquired by finding a Field Drone. Each weapon will have two mods. The Pistol and Super Shotgun do not have weapon mods, only weapon upgrades. The Chainsaw and BFG do not have weapon mods or weapon upgrades available, but ammo capacity can be increased by locating Argent Cells.

    Campaign/Rune Trial Method:
During the mission 'Argent Energy Tower' you'll reach a Rune trial for the Equipment Power Rune, which will require to kill 10 Unwillings with explosive barrels. Once you have completed this Rune trial, you can replay this Rune trial from the campaign main menu.

    SnapMap Method:
This is the quick way out and can be done almost immediately after starting the game. Go into SnapMap from the main menu, and then click search.

Search by keyword 'Barrel Kill Boost', or search by the creators map ID code 'ZR5T2BFN'. There will be a total of 60 enemies that can be killed by exploding barrels (5 rooms with 12 enemies in each). Complete this map twice for an easy 100 enemies killed with exploding barrels. Credit for this method goes to the creator of the map Dwaggienite.

    Campaign Method:
The first time you come across power ups is on the mission 'Argent Energy Tower' and will keep appearing in many more levels after.

Best place to grind power up kills is at the beginning of mission 'Argent D'Nur'. Make you way to the first battleground area. There will be a red orb (Berserk), which will allow you kill any enemy type in one hit. Simply defeat as many enemies with this power up until it runs out. Once it runs out press and restart mission. Rinse and repeat until you have killed 150 enemies.

    SnapMap Method:
Go into SnapMap and search for a SnapMap called 'Easy SnapPoints 2.0' or 'Easy SnapPoint'. This map will start you with the BFG. There will be around 50 demons that will spawn automatically, but can spawn more demons by pressing to use a taunt.

At the beginning of a match you will get to choose your loadout and the Demon that you will become upon picking up the Demon Rune, the Harvester is the fifth one down at the bottom of the list, so be sure to select it here once it's unlocked so that you become this specific Demon once you pick up the Rune.

You can become a Demon during online matches by picking up the Demon Rune which will spawn somewhere on the map during the match. Only 1 person can pick the rune up at a time, this includes both teams. So you will need to be on the lookout for when the Demon Rune spawns, an icon will appear on your HUD as well as the voice over telling you that one is going to spawn, so when you see/hear this, make your way towards it and hope that you get there first. Note that not all game modes have a spawnable Demon. I personally played on Team Deathmatch for this achievement.

Once you are the Demon you can then use & to attack. Your attacks will be extremely powerful and you will easily kill enemy players without worrying too much about getting killed, however, you will only be the Demon for a short time before the Rune runs out, so you will want to be quick and try to get as many kills as you can, as quickly as you can. It is very possible to get 4+ kills in a single attempt as the Demon.

A decent strategy for this achievement is to play the game mode 'Soul Harvest'. In that game mode there is a constant playable demon that alternates teams every time it is killed.

After getting your tenth kill, the achievement will unlock.

Credit to Blarghinator for the tip on the Soul Harvest game mode, and that the Demon doesn't spawn in every game mode.

  • Kill 10 enemies with the EMG Mark V Pistol in Multiplayer

The EMG Mark V Pistol unlocks at Level 27.

To unlock this achievement you will need to kill 10 enemy players with the EMG Mark V pistol during online matches. When the pistol is unlocked, you will be able to select this pistol as a choice in your weapons when creating a loadout; it will be the first weapon to choose. The ammo count you get is quite low, as is the damage of the pistol, so getting kills with it can be quite tricky, however not too difficult. I would suggest using a different gun first to try to weaken an enemy, like the Super Shotgun, then quickly switch to your pistol to finish them off. Headshots will do 25 damage per shot, whereas body shots will do only do 12 damage.

After getting your tenth kill, the achievement will unlock.

  • Kill 5 enemies with the Kinetic Mine in Multiplayer

The Kinetic Mine unlocks at Level 42.

To unlock this achievement you will need to kill five enemy players using the Kinetic Mine during online matches. When the mine is unlocked, you can choose the Kinetic Mine as your equipment when creating a loadout and it is the first option on the list to choose from. Once in a game, you can throw the mine down and then when an enemy runs over/near it, it will trigger and launch itself towards them and explode. It is not a one hit kill, so getting someone with full health/shields will not work, and it also launches in a straight line, so if an enemy that triggered it runs behind a wall/object, the Mine will hit that instead, so it is best used in open areas or corridors.

I personally found the most success using it as a last resort. When i was in a firefight with someone and felt i was about to be killed, I'd quickly throw the mine at them and let myself be killed, only for the Mine to kill them after I had died. They'd already taken damage from you and would have likely been in an area where the Mine could easily hit them when it launches. Otherwise, just throw them down randomly and hope for the best, i did also get a few kills this way too.

After getting your fifth kill, the achievement will unlock.

To unlock this achievement you will need to use a Taunt that is introduced by this DLC pack. Select one of the D-pad directions then using scroll across to the 'Expansion 1' section. DLC: Hell Followed (Store Link)

There are 5 achievements with a total of 100 points

  • Detect 20 enemies using the Threat Pulse in Multiplayer

To unlock this achievement you will need to detect twenty enemies using the Threat Pulse.

Equip this item into a custom loadout and when you're in a game, press to activate it. The device will pulse through the walls and detect any/all enemies in the area. You can detect everyone on the enemy team in one sweep if they are all within the radius. Thus, you can knock this achievement out very quickly in your first game using it.

The achievement will unlock upon the twentieth enemy being detected.

  • Kill 10 enemies with the Cacodemon in Multiplayer

The Cacodemon unlocks at Level 36.

To unlock this achievement you will need to get ten kills with the Cacodemon. The Cacodemon is the newest Demon available in the game for use online and it is probably one of the worst ones. It is pretty weak and dies easily and it's attacks aren't the best, though one of them is one-hit kill you need to be pretty precise with it. You can spit Bile with which will be a blast radius attack and is what i personally used or you can shoot your tongue at an enemy and pull them back towards you and eat them with though for this you need to be precise so it can be tricky to use.

To become a Demon you will need to pick up a Demon Rune which will spawn on the map and is only available for one person at a time, so it's the first person to go and get it. If the person who got it dies before the timer runs out the Rune will drop for someone else so you can always follow your teammate Demons around if you miss getting it on the off-chance they die and you can pick it up. You will know when a Rune spawns as the commentator will say it and an icon will appear on your HUD with a direction and a distance.

The achievement will unlock upon getting your tenth Cacodemon kill.

  • Kill 10 enemies with the Reaper in Multiplayer

The Reaper unlocks at Level 33.

To unlock this achievement you will need to get ten kills with the Reaper gun. It has a six-round burst and does ten-points of damage per shot if it's a solid hit; it's a powerful gun. I found myself using it after getting this achievement as it felt better to use than all the others. Just spam the bullets when you see enemies and you'll beat out most other guns.

The achievement will unlock upon your tenth Reaper kill.

  • Play a Multiplayer Match with a piece of Cyber-Demonic armor equipped

Cyber-Demonic armor pieces don’t unlock until Echelon 10.  However, it can be unlocked if you complete challenges that are unlocked at Echelon 8.

To unlock this achievement you will need to equip a piece of Cyber-Demonic armour and play a match. To select armour pieces, either on the multiplayer main page or in a lobby between games, go to "Customization," then "Customize Character," then "Armour."

Choose any of the armour sections that you want, then using scroll across to the "Cyber-Demonic" tab and choose any of the armour pieces that you wish. Then with the armour piece/s equipped, join a match and the achievement will unlock right away.

  • Use a taunt from the "Hell Followed" DLC during a Multiplayer Match

Taunts for “Hell Followed” don’t unlock until Level 35 (the taunt tab is labeled ‘Expansion 2’).

To unlock this achievement you will need to use a Taunt that is introduced by this DLC pack. When the taunt is unlocked, you can choose a taunt either on the multiplayer main page or in a lobby between games. Go to Customization, then Taunts. Select one of the D-pad directions then using scroll across to the "Expansion 2" section. Here, choose any of the taunts that you see fit, then during a match, press the D-pad direction that you assigned the taunt to and the achievement will unlock.

DLC: Arcade Mode

There are 3 achievements with a total of 30 points

  • Earn every medal type in Arcade Mode in one run

There are a total of 14 unique medals you must acquire in one run to unlock this achievement. You can choose any difficulty and any map, but following the video below will be on the level Kadinger Sanctum on the difficulty "I'm Too Young to Die." You will have all the guns to help and there are a good number of enemies to get the medals on. You don’t need to finish the level for the achievement to unlock.

Here is a list of the medals:

    • Multi-Kill - If you get two or more kills at once.
    • Super-Kill - I believe you need four or more kills at once.
    • Barrel Kill - You must shoot a relic and it must explode and kill an enemy or shoot an explosive barrel to get a kill.
    • Glory Kill - You need to hurt an enemy until it flashes then melee it by clicking in.
    • Death from Above - You need to hurt an enemy until it flashes then double jump by pressing twice then melee by clicking in.
    • Head Shot - Just shooting an enemy in the head the Tactical Scope on the Heavy Assault Rifle is good for this.
    • Triple Hit - The shotgun is good for this, the Burst fire on the gun will give you a triple hit.
    • Gold Relic Bonus - Collect the relic that comes out of the circular mine. Be quick as after a few seconds it will turn to silver.
    • Silver Relic Bonus - Let the relic sit for a few seconds when it pops out the mine, and collect it when it turns silver.
    • Bronze Relic Bonus - Let the relic sit for a few seconds after it turns silver, and collect it when it turns bronze.
    • Extra Life - An extra life looks like the doom figure out the campaign.
    • Mid-Air Kill – you must Kill a flying enemy or an enemy while it is jumping.
    • Stun Kill - The plasma rifle's secondary fire to stun enemies then quickly kill them.
    • Direct Hit - Easily done with the rocket launcher.

Thanks to 0HITPOINTS for the video:

  • Earn a gold rating in Arcade Mode

This is the hardest achievement in the DLC, but once you know what you’re doing it’s not that bad. I would recommend doing it on the level 'UAC' as it is by far the shortest. The requirement for Gold on "I'm Too Young to Die" difficulty is 600,000. You want to pick up the two extra lives as you get 50,000 points for each one, so that’s 100,000. You also want to get the gold relics as they give you 50,000 each. There are a total of six in the level so that’s 300,000 points. If you don’t get a gold relic, it is best to restart.

Now all you need to get is 200,000 points so try and keep your chain multiplier going if you get hit or shot then it will go down. If you stun an enemy then do a Death from Above you get more points for each kill. If you don’t get it on your first try keep going it does get easier.

Thanks to discoking828 for the video:

  • Collect 20 bonus lives or relics in Arcade Mode

This achievement is fairly easy. All you need to do is get 20 bonus lives or relics. They appear on all levels and is cumulative so they can be obtained over multiple playthroughs. The easiest level is Chapter 1: 'UAC' and once you have reached 20 the achievement should unlock.

DLC: Bloodfall

  • Perform a MultiKill with the Spectre demon in Multiplayer

The Spectre demon unlocks at Level 28.

To unlock this achievement, you will need to get a multikill with the Spectre Demon during an online match. To achieve this, you will need to use the Spectre's charge attack with that will kill anyone and everyone in your path. The charge stops when you hit something hard like a wall/piece of the environment.

This achievement should be attempted on the Warpath game mode as there will be a Demon constantly in play that you can pick up either initially as the rune spawns, or when an enemy Demon is killed and they drop it. This game mode also offers a good chance to get multiple enemies together as they either defend or try to take the objective. I personally got three enemies with my charge for this achievement but anything above two at once is suffice.

  • Kill 10 enemies with the Spectre demon in Multiplayer

The Spectre demon unlocks at Level 28.

To unlock this achievement, you will need to get ten kills with the Spectre Demon during online matches. The Spectre is a very powerful Demon, not only having powerful attacks, but also a sizeable amount of health that you will struggle to be drained of before timing out. You can charge attack with or claw with both of which will kill enemies in a single attack. I found the charge attack to be the better; you have a large margin of error for lack of a better term when charging and don't need to be entirely accurate with it. You will also need to use the charge to score a multikill for the "Bowling for Gibs" achievement above.

To become a Demon, you will need to pick up a Demon Rune which will spawn on the map and is only available for one person at a time, so it's the first person to go and get it. If the person who got it dies before the timer runs out, the Rune will drop for someone else, so you can always follow your teammate Demons around if you miss getting it. On the off-chance they die, you can then pick it up. You will know when a Rune spawns as the commentator will say it and an icon will appear on your HUD with a direction and a distance.

It's strongly recommended that you attempt this and "Bowling for Gibs" on Warpath or Soul Harvest as there will be a Demon in play constantly so you will have a better chance of becoming one.

  • Kill 10 enemies with the Grenade Launcher in Multiplayer

The Grenade Launcher unlocks at Level 22.

To unlock this achievement, you will need to get ten kills with the Grenade Launcher during online matches. This gun is powerful and will do 55 damage for a direct hit. I found it a decent strategy to just spam grenades at already engaged enemies to try to steal a few kills, though the gun is very good and it's unlikely you will struggle to get ten kills with it.

  • Play a Multiplayer Match with a piece of Evil Cultist armor equipped

Evil Cultist armor pieces don’t unlock until Echelon 4.

To unlock this achievement, you will need to equip a piece of Evil Cultist armour and play a match. To select armour pieces, either on the multiplayer main page or in a lobby between games, go to Customization, then Customize Character, then Armour. Choose any of the armour sections that you want, then using scroll across to the 'Evil Cultist' tab and choose any of the armour pieces that you wish. With the armour piece(s) equipped, join a match and the achievement will unlock at the start.

  • Use a taunt from the "Bloodfall" DLC during a Multiplayer Match

Taunts for “Bloodfall” don’t unlock until Level 38 (the taunt tab is labeled ‘Expansion 3’).

To unlock this achievement you will need to use a Taunt that is introduced by this DLC pack. When the taunt is unlocked, you can choose a taunt either on the multiplayer main page or in a lobby between games. Go to Customization, then Taunts. Select one of the D-pad directions then using scroll across to the "Expansion 3" section. Here, choose any of the taunts that you see fit, then during a match, press the D-pad direction that you assigned the taunt to and the achievement will unlock.

DLC: Update 6.66

There are 3 achievements with a total of 250 points

  • Complete a tracked Challenge in a Multiplayer Match

New to this title update are challenges. To complete these, you have to perform a certain task a certain number of times. There are challenges for weapons, equipment, game modes, demons, power items and general gameplay. Many challenges have up to six levels. You are required only to complete one level for this achievement.

Progress towards a challenge is gained automatically whether you are tracking them or not (provided you fulfill the requirements). With that said, for this achievement you need to track a challenge. To track one, while at the main multiplayer menu, select 'Challenges' and scroll through the different subgroups. When you feel you've found one you can complete quickly, highlight the challenge and press . There will now be an icon on the challenge and it will be on-screen as you play matches. Once you complete the first level of the tracked challenge, the achievement will unlock.

Track a challenge for your particular game style, whether is getting kills with a certain weapon, using a piece of equipment often or playing a certain game mode you like over and over again. If you notice that you are close to completing a challenge that you are not tracking, switch to that one and continue with your play style until it is completed.

  • Earn a Gold Rating in a Multiplayer Match

New to this title update are medal ratings. There are four: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Slayer. To earn a rating, you have to exceed a certain amount of points within a certain game mode. The requirement is different for each mode. You gain points in a variety of ways. Once you reach the required amount of points for a Gold rating, the achievement will unlock at the end of the match.

If you are just going for the achievement, recommended modes are Warpath, Freeze Tag, Domination or Sector as they are the easiest to progress in and the point requirements are low. However, if you are just enjoying playing, select any game mode you desire and play until you obtain a Gold rating.

  • Unlock all Multiplayer Runes

New to this title update are runes, which replace the hack module system. There are 10 runes total. You can equip up to three runes (slots unlocked at certain level intervals) but only one is selectable when playing a match. Choose the best one for your play style.

All that is required of this achievement is that you unlock all 10 runes, not equip them. The first rune is unlocked at Level 4 and the final rune is at Level 44.

    • Magnet: available at Level 4
    • Armor Plating: available at Level 4
    • Demon Tracker: available at Level 9
    • Vital Signs: available at Level 14
    • Power Seeker: available at Level 23
    • Evasion: available at Level 26
    • Scout: available at Level 31
    • Bounty: available at Level 37
    • Retribution: available at Level 39
    • Blood Trial: available at Level 44

Once you reach Level 37, the ‘Bounty’ rune is available. With this rune, you gain extra XP for killing and assists. Equip it for faster leveling.
