Introduction:
“While walking in the forest, our slime fell into a slippery dungeon! Can you help him get out only by sliding to the dungeon’s walls? Dungeon Slime Collection is a bundle of two games; Dungeon Slime: Puzzle’s Adventure and Dungeon Slime 2: Puzzle in the Dark Forest.
Dungeon Slime: Puzzle’s Adventure is a challenging 2D puzzle game featuring Billy the Slime. Every time you hit the walls, you splatter and change shape. Dodge sharp spines, go through narrow gaps and solve complicated logic and skill-based puzzles to find a way out of this dungeon.
In Dungeon Slime 2: Puzzle in the Dark Forest, you return as Billy the Slime. You have to change your shape by hitting the walls to get through the challenges. There are several levels to play with increasing difficulty and additional obstacles.” - xbox.com
Special thanks goes to alphabetsoup on Steam for their solutions for each game HERE and HERE.
Abbreviated Walkthrough:
To earn the full 1000, you need to complete 12 levels (of 22) in Dungeon Slime and 13 levels (of 23) in Dungeon Slime 2. When you begin the game, you are given the option to play either one. To switch between the titles, you need to completely quit to the dashboard and restart.
There are two difficulties in each title, but since there are no difficulty achievements, feel free to play on Normal. And although there is no ‘undo’ button, you can reset the level at any time by pressing . Also, there is no time limit, so feel free to take as much time as you need.
You play as a block of slime. The goal is to reach the exit of each level, but some passages may seem impossible to pass through. To achieve this, your character has the ability to flatten themselves by hitting against the wall. Once you move in one direction, you can’t change direction until you hit a wall or barrier. The puzzle is to try and figure out which walls to hit up against so you end up in the correct shape to pass through the passage. As you progress in each title, you encounter obstacles, such as spikes, traps and carnivorous plants.
If you choose to use this guide, input solutions to all the levels have been provided below. For ease of reading and execution, each solution is broken up in groups of four moves. Letters have been used to identify the four directions: U is Up, D is Down, L is Left, and R is Right. Lastly, instead of using , it is recommended that you use the D-pad for better precision.
Conclusion:
Dungeon Slime Collection is a basic Ratalaika game that is both quick and straightforward. With no real story or replay value to speak of in either of these games, this can be picked up cheap and is really only good for boosting your gamerscore.
