Introduction
EA Sports Active 2 is a workout game designed to improve your health through a series of exercise programs that are guided by a virtual trainer. The achievements require a lot of physical activity and time to complete, especially "Trail Blazer" and "Pedal Power".
Step 1 - Setup and Local Multiplayer Achievements:
Sign in with your gamertag and setup your profile to unlock "Ready to go!" then set floor exercises to automatic by going into Help & Settings -> Settings -> Workout Settings -> Floor Exercises -> Automatic. Create a workout group to unlock "Making Friends". With a friend, create and finish a short custom workout together to unlock "Workout Buddies", "Perfect Score", "Making it Mine" and "Working It".
Step 2 - Cardio Kick Start:
Begin with the Cardio Kick Start program and complete at least 80% of all the workouts. After you complete Cardio Kick Start you should unlock a large chunk of the achievements through natural progression.
Step 3 - 9 Week Program:
Next, if you plan on completing all or most of the workouts within the 9 Week Program, you will unlock another sizable portion through natural progression. Otherwise, if you do the date advance trick as outlined in "Phase 3 Complete" you’ll only unlock the achievements related to Phases 1, 2 and 3.
Step 4 - Custom Workouts:
You’ll need to create custom workouts to unlock "Pumping Iron", "Trail Blazer", "Pedal Power", "Push it to the Limit" and any other achievement that did not unlock. You can check the progress of each achievement by going into Journal -> Fitness Tools -> My Milestones.
"Fitness Expert" and "Fitness Pro" will unlock as you progress toward unlocking "Trail Blazer" and "Pedal Power".
Conclusion:
The last achievement you’ll probably unlock would be "Trail Blazer" and once it does, pat yourself on the back cause you just ran in place for over 600 miles.
