    Story related, cannot be missed.

    Play through the game on Hard difficulty. Alien Base will be your final level, and this will unlock on completion of this. It is advised to play through the game on Normal first, and spend all of the earned gold on upgrades, so when you start your Hard playthrough you are powered enough to get through the levels.
