    Get to the End (Solo Campaign only).

    This is story-related and cannot be missed. Once you've hit Resistance Level 2 in Dutch's Region, Resistance Level 4 in John's, Jacob's, and Faith's Region and disposed of all three, complete the mission "Where it all Began" to finally liberate Hope County and unlock the achievement.

    I didn't get this from choosing the "Leave" ending, but got it with the "Persist" ending. So choose to fight Joseph.

    I did everything I was supposed to for this achievement and did not get it...

    Yea you have to "resist", the game will end early if you choose "walk away" during the last mission. I was confused when the credits rolled and I was short this achievement.
