20Complete 3 Side Missions in Hope County (Solo Campaign only).
Side missions are marked on your map by a blue diamond with a star in the middle. You will receive side missions by speaking with various NPCs around Hope County. Simply liberate outposts and speak to any traveling individuals and you will gather enough side missions necessary to earn this achievement.
