Introduction
Jewel Quest is a puzzle grid game similar to the Bejeweled series. Just match 3 jewels together to make a match and clear those spaces on the board. Repeat until the board is complete.
Walkthrough
You will need to play through the game 5 times, once for each rank in the game. The ranks increase in difficulty with each playthough of the game. The first four playthroughs aren't too bad since you have the option to trade a life to skip a level after failing a level 3 times. You don't have this option in your last playthough. There are also unlimited continues.
Infinite Lives
There is an infinite lives trick which is included in aPerfektFlaw's achievement guide.
Here is a little trick for infinite lives which will help with the game as well as the "Game Master" achievement. This was found by Skuff in the forums: "Every 50,000 points gets you an extra life, simply get close to that amount, i.e 49,850, 99,850, 149,850, and so on... then on purpose lose a life... start the next round, do 2 - 3 moves till you get your extra life, then restart round, your score will reset to the previous amount, i.e 49.850 but you will keep the extra life, simply rinse and repeat.
Conclusion
The achievements are pretty straight forward and you can get all of the achievements playing though the 5 times if you get the 500,000 point achievement on your first 2 playthoughs. If you use the infinite lives trick, you shouldn't have too much trouble. A little time consuming and repetitive, but a pretty easy 200
