Hard Target - Some players have claimed that they are sure that they have died, but still gotten the achievement. Others have experienced the exact opposite and have not gotten the achievement and are sure they did not die.
Drop Dead - Most people don't unlock this achievement until their second playthrough. My theory is that it takes a certain number of those scenes to unlock it. I say this because I know for sure I saw every scene in the first playthrough, but it didn't unlock. To be safe just watch the scene every time one happens.
Impulse 9 - Several players have collected all of the weapons but failed to receive the achievement. Unfortunately the only fix for this is to replay a new game and collect them all again.

-Do cheat codes disable achievements?: No Cheats

This game is one of the easiest 1000 on the XBox 360. Although the game is not of the greatest quality, glitchy and takes some time to get used to, it is not difficult at all. Given the game's relatively easy difficulty and short time to complete, you'll have it back at the rental store in no time.

Introduction
Welcome to Jumper. This game has a total of 20 achievements and requires two playthroughs to get 1000 . The two playthroughs are needed because you must get 45000 xp which can't be done in one playthrough. Of the achievements only one is unlocked simply by playing through the story. The remaining achievements are unlocked by performing certain maneuvers or collecting certain items.

In addition to the glitched achievements mentioned above, the game also has other glitches that you should know about. Often times the camera will get stuck in walls or other places. If this happens click the . Another glitch happens on level 4 (labs) after dying to the final boss (by the big red machine). Upon reloading the game you may be put underneath some stairs behind an invisible wall that won't let you leave. To fix this, try walking towards the bottom step hopefully you will suddenly appear on the steps. Lastly sometimes you or enemies will get stuck in walls or objects. To fix this quit out and then continue.

Step 1: Playthrough #1
For your first playthrough, don't worry about dying or going fast. The purpose of this playthrough will be to get all of the collectibles and familiarize yourself with the gameplay. Make sure to use achievement guide to find the location of all collectible items. The collectible items in the game are Comic Books, Collectibles (duh), Weapons and Drop Zone sequences that must be watched in their entirety. For the final bosses there are two strategies you can use that work.
#1. (From Cappoci 007): If you slide at them they will fall and it can't be reversed. When you do your slide and they go into the air, quickly hit and give them another shot real quick then back away before they get up. If you do this over and over it can't be stopped. I replayed the last level and got all the way to the final boss without dying. As for the very last boss, take out everyone that comes into the room. First its the 2 girls then the 1 male, then 2 males. They come in that order. After they are taken out continue to use the slide method. I ended up beating the final boss with a health potion available that I didn't need to use.
#2. Use combos and power moves. For Roland or Final boss, just do a combo on them and wait till either the or side is open and do a power move. You want either of these two because they are fast and do not give the enemy time to counter or jump in the air. After you do this just combo to build up the meter and then power move either or again. For the final boss make sure you take out his minions first then focus on him again.
Last, DO NOT skip the credits. If you do, some people have reported that when they continue the game it resets their stats and weapons.

Step 2: Playthrough #2
Now that you've collected everything in the game, it's time for the second playthrough. If you did not get everything in playthrough #1 it can be picked up on this run. To start your second playthrough select continue game. DO NOT select new game or all of your progress for the first game will be erased. By hitting continue game you start the game over with the experience you finished the previous playthrough with, and you'll have the Chinese Longsword. Having this weapon will allow you to fly through the game making the Speed Demon achievement very easy to get. You also DO NOT want to die on this playthrough. The method I used to get this was if you think you're going to die, pause the game (before you die) and quit. Then hit continue game in the main menu and try again. For some levels it actually restarts you at a check point instead of the beginning of the level. If you do die, pause the game before it reloads and turn off you're Xbox immediately. Then load it back up and try again.

Conclusion
That's it! If you're at this point and have not gotten any of the achievements simply continue your playthrough and go for what you're missing. Follow-on playthroughs are usually very quick (around 40-50 minutes). The key is to not let the game frustrate you too much or you'll end up getting rid of it long before you get the 1000 .

  • Complete a play through of the game in record time.

There is no game clock and nothing to tell you how quickly you finished the game, but the entire thing will only take 2-3 hours and that will definitely net you the achievement. I wasn't even trying to go quickly and still got this.
  • Perform a finisher move from the left side.

If you are facing an enemy, the left side will be . Simply kill them with an  attack and this will unlock. Despite the achievement's name, you do not have to use your special finishing move.

Note: If you teleport behind someone or to their side, the button layout will change, so just make sure whatever side is their left, hit the corresponding button. For instance, if you are facing the left side of the screen, their left side will be .

  • Perform a finisher move from the back.

If you are facing an enemy, the back side will be . Simply kill them with a  attack and this will unlock. Despite the achievement's name, you do not have to use your special finishing move.

Note: If you teleport behind someone or to their side, the button layout will change, so just make sure whatever side is their left, hit the corresponding button. For instance, if you are facing the left side of the screen, their back side will be

  • Perform a finisher move from the right.

If you are facing an enemy, the left side will be . Simply kill them with a  attack and this will unlock. Despite the achievement's name, you do not have to use your special finishing move.

Note: If you teleport behind someone or to their side, the button layout will change, so just make sure whatever side is their left, hit the corresponding button. For instance, if you are facing the left side of the screen, their right side will be

  • Perform a finisher move from the front.

If you are facing an enemy, the left side will be . Simply kill them with an  attack and this will unlock. Despite the achievement's name, you do not have to use your special finishing move.

  • Get 20000 experience points.

You will get this one near the end of the last level of your first time through the game. You get the most experience for long combos, as well as hitting the weak (green) spots on enemies.
  • Get 45000 experience points.

Experience carries through multiple plays, so you should get this one near the end of the last level of your second time through the game. You get the most experience for long combos, as well as hitting the weak (green) spots on enemies.

If you finish the game a second time and still don't have it, start a third play.

  • Perform 5 hits.

Simply land a five hit combo without getting countered or getting hit by another enemy. Hit the enemy and follow the green target prompts. This is easier if done earlier in the game because you won't be doing as much damage. I unlocked it in first level.
  • Perform one successful 7 hit jump combo attack.

I found this one to be easier in the third level where you fight a lot of the worker enemies. (They don't counter very often.) Have some finisher meter built up. Group some enemies together and begin hitting one, on the the second or third hit launch into a finisher (the one from the right I think) preferably the one where you teleport around all fast like and hit multiple enemies. After the finisher begins to wear down keep hitting some attack buttons and you will get some extra hits in. If done correctly your character will yell or shout or something.
  • Complete the game.

Simply finish all six levels of this really short and quick game and this achievement is yours.
  • Play through the game without dying.

Save this one till the second time through the game. It really isn't as bad as it sounds. An important little tip is that the good ol trick I used to beat F.E.A.R. without dying also works on this game. If you die, quickly turn off your xbox. After you get going again load up your save and continue and the achievement will still unlock.

Most of the game is very simply, but Sam Jackson and the very last boss in the trench coat can be quite tough. They both have a very strict pattern though, so simply find their beginning weak spot and then memorize where the following weak spots will be. Repeat the same combo over and over. Try to end your combos with a  attack, becuse that will knock them down so you can back up and get ready for your next combo. If you don't knock them down, they might catch you with an attack and then combo half your life away.

  • Collect all weapons.

    1. The weapon you start the game with your trusty bat.

    2. Crowbar: Located in level 1 (Rome)
After you learn about and use your first jump marker head left around the wall and directly in front of you. Leaning next to a short section of wall in between two sections of bars is the weapon.

    3. Katana: Located in level 3 (Egypt 1)
After you enter the second large room head in and turn left. Leaning against the left side of the doorway into the next area is the sword.

    4. Sharp Metal Piece: Located in level 5 (Docks)
After you head down the stairs in the beginning follow the path to the left as it curves to the left. Once the path straightens out you will see an open cargo container in front of you and to the right. Located in side the container on the back wall is the weapon.

    5. Broadsword: Located in level 6 (Egypt 2)
After the initial cut scene you will jump to another room and yet another scene will play with dudes running into the room after you. During this second scene you will see the sword lying on the table where the collectible scepter was located. You really can't miss this one.

    6. Chinese Sword: Located in level 6 (Docks)
Near the end of the second trip through Egypt you will begin a boss fight with Sam Jackson's character. This fight is divided into four parts. During the fourth and final area (where you're on the dock and the ship crashes into it). After the fight starts up directly behind the boss is an open white cargo container. Inside this container on the back wall is the final weapon.
  • Perform a drop zone kill.

This will unlock on the first level after the first drop zone sequence is initiated.
  • Drop an enemy in all drop zones.

Note: Be sure to watch each drop zone cutscene in full. If you press a button to skip them, it may not count. The locations in paranthases are the very first time you come across the drop, but they are located in other places. These are completely random, so you can't do a certain combo to initiate them.

    1. You drop the dude into the Grand Canyon. (Located in the first level.)
    2. You leave a guy stranded on a mountain top. (Located in the first level.)
    3. You take a guy to the desert right before a nuclear bomb is detonated. (Located in the first level.)
    4. You drop a guy off in a car that is getting crushed. (Located in level 2.)
    5. You dump a guy off into a shark tank. (Located in level 4.)
    6. You will deposit a baddy into the upper atmosphere.(Located in level 4.)
    7. You leave some poor sap stranded in the arctic next to a polar bear. (Located in level 4.)
    8. You will deposit an enemy into a fusion reactor. (Located in level 6.)
    9. You will give a paladin a one way vacation to a volcano. (Located in level 6.)

  • Escape an incoming tether.

The tether is a length of cord fired at you by the enemies from their weapons. Let the rope hit you and a meter will appear in the bottom of the screen. Within this meter will be a small section that is lighter blue. A line will move from left to right and to escape you need to hit ,, or  while the line is in the light blue section. The tether has a large blue section but the line moves quickly.
  • Escape an incoming net.

Wait till an enemy hits you with the blue glowing web looking net. Once it lands a meter will appear and the escape mini game will start (functions exactly the same as the above mentioned tether one). The only difference between this one and the tether is that the net has a smaller blue section and the line moves slower.
  • Slide tackle an enemy.

Get a little bit of distance between you and your target, run at them, and before you get too close pull the right trigger and you will slide attack into them and presto!...achievement unlocked.
