Cheats Set #1 - Get at least 2,500,000 points on Thorn's Castle.
Cheats Set #2 - Get at least 2,000,000 points on Forgotten Forest.
Cheats Set #3 - Get at least 3,000,000 points on Water Temple.
Cheats Set #4 - Get at least 3,000,000 points on Snow Temple.
Cheats Set #5 - Get at least 5,000,000 points on Thorn's Pass.
Cheats Set #6 - Get at least 3,000,000 points on Thorn's Airship.
Please note that these cheats disable scoring. This means that you will be unable to get any achievement that involves getting a particular rank, (Co-Op A-Rank, Solo A-Rank, Time Attacks) with cheats enabled.
Step #1: Single Player
First, play through the game on Single Player. As you progress, you will unlock Elemental Warriors, these will give you 20

Be sure to collect 100 of 100 Elemental Fruit, 12 of 12 Health Elixirs and 4 of 4 Eyes during your playthrough if you want the Game Complete achievement for another 50

Step #2: Co-Op
Next, you will have to complete 5 stages in Co-Op. The stages that give you gamerscore are; Lord Drok, Thorn, Queen Thyra, Corralis and Old Mawood. You can either play split screen with another controller and profile or online with a partner. If you wish to play online, you must download the Kameo Co-Op Pack from Xbox Live Marketplace. Don't worry, it's free to download. If you are in need of a co-op partner, post HERE.
Please note, you must have completed the stage in Single Player before the Co-Op stage will unlock.
Step #3: A-Rankings
Finally, you must complete 6 stages. The stages that give you gamerscore are Snow Temple, Forgotten Forest, Water Temple, Thorn's Castle, Thorn's Pass and Thorn's Airship. When you finish a stage, you're given a score and associated rank based on how many kills, one-hit kills, and multi-kills you obtained. You're also penalized for being hit or dying. If you find this difficult, check out Chimaera's A Rank guide HERE.
Conclusion of Points
You should now have 1000

Step #4: Expert Mode
Expert Mode is quite challenging. There are more enemies, they take more hits to kill, and they deal more damage. You also have to beat the levels in order. You can't proceed to the next level until you beat the one you're on. If you get stuck on a level, you can beat it in co-op mode with a friend to help you out. As long as you're the host, it will count on your save game file and you'll be able to go on to the next level on your own. The "Invulnerability" and "One hit kill" cheats can actually make these levels almost comically easy. The one exception is the Snow Temple level. On that level, you have to protect a giant walrus and, if you have the "One hit kill" cheat active, he will die almost immediately.
Step #5: Co-op A-ranks
These achievements are very similar to the solo A-ranks. In fact, you can do these in local co-op (split screen) by yourself. If you take this route, the strategy is exactly the same as the solo A-ranks, so if you can A-rank a level solo, you should be able to get the co-op A-rank the same way.
Alternatively, you can do these with a partner over Xbox Live. If you do this, the strategy changes slightly. There are no Doom Trolls in online co-op play, so the scores necessary for the A-ranks are much lower and you simply have to focus on getting as many Brutal, Carnage, and Frenzy multipliers as possible while avoiding taking any damage. The best strategy is to have one player focus on getting all the kills and obtaining all the multipliers while the other player distracts the enemies and takes all the damage.
Step #6: Time Attacks
In the Time Attacks, you start with a certain amount of time on the clock and more time is added as you reach different checkpoints. The level ends when you run out of time. The rank that you recieve at the end is based on how much time is remaining on the clock. A partner is absolutely crucial for these achievements. The basic strategy is that one person is constantly pushing forward to the next checkpoint while the other player fights the enemies. Focus Mode slows down the clock, so the more often that the second player can get into and maintain Focus Mode, the better the run will go. The only real advice we can offer for most levels is that you have to have a skilled partner and lots of practice. I my opinion, these are the most challenging achievements in the game.
Conclusion
There you go. If you've come this far and earned all 50 achievements, then congratulations are in order. That's a lot of work for all the acheivements, espeically since so many of them are worth zero gamerscore points. Well done!
