This can be earned in any level that features Clone Troopers (as enemies) or Stormtroopers (Empire or First Order). Chances are that you will not need to go out of your way to unlock this if you just play through the entire story. When you encounter Stormtroopers, using a character with a blaster, simply aim for their head (using or “from the hip”) and a successful shot will remove it. Repeat until the achievement unlocks.
