First Franchise playthrough
The first thing that you want to do is start a new franchise season. You can pick whichever team you like because you can just switch the sliders around to make your team better. I suggest have 2-3 minute quarters, so you have enough time to do the in-season and game records. For instance, to help get the rushing record for in a game and season, just do nothing, but rush the entire game. Finish the season undefeated and win the super bowl to get a handful of achievements. For your first game, play All-Madden level with one-minute quarters to get "All-Madden Shut Out". After you finish your first season and you have a draft class on NCAA 07, import the draft class and get an easy 10 .

Superstar
Now its time for the Super Star achievements. The easiest ones to get out of the way are rushing yards, passing yards, and tackles. What you want to do first is make sure that you are on the first string roster to ensure you always start. When you create your Super Star, try and get your IQ in the hundreds and make sure that your father is in the Hall of Fame. When you start your season, just adjust the sliders and difficulty so it will be easier for you to get your stats. Simming is allowed, so if you don’t want to keep on playing games, then just sim through the season with your player in first string and his stats will count toward the achievements.

The last bit of achievements are pretty easy, but time consuming. Just reload your franchise and get ready for a couple of hours of simming through thirty years of franchise. Actually, with all 32 teams in your franchise getting madden level 50 will go by faster. After simming through thirty years of franchise you should have the last of the achievements
