    With a runner on base, achieve a perfect-perfect hit and score a run. (Excludes local mp, practice)

    You will have to have a runner on base and score that runner with a perfect hit. Perfect hits have to do with timing, so as soon as you hit the ball you'll see the perfect rating. Once the other runner scores the achievement will unlock.
