Selling Prices:
There are four different reactions that customers can give depending on the price you set for an item, and each reaction has an achievement tied to it. In the picture below, the reactions (from left to right) are as follows: Cheap ("Naive Merchant"), Perfect ("Good Merchant"), Slightly Overpriced ("Evil Merchant"), Really Expensive ("Scammer"). You can use this post to find the perfect selling point for all the items in the game.
Step 1: 100% Playthrough
If you want to get as many achievements as possible during this step, you'll want to make sure you kill every boss with the broom and without getting hit. This is a tall order, but check the achievements related to those below for tips. Outside of that, nothing else can be missed.
Go through the game and finish all the dungeons, then use the final dungeon to grind out money so you can craft every weapon and purchase crafting materials as needed. Save up one million gold at some point for that achievement as well (every run of the dungeon will net you 800k-1.5m easily). The majority of the other achievements will come along the way, and you can work on them whenever. Keep running the dungeons until you have 10 arrivals at the third floor of each and 1000 kills, then use the first dungeon to grind the rest of the 10k kills required.
It's possible you could get the speed run achievement in this step as well, but unlikely. You'll need to be familiar with all the enemies, bosses, and weapons crafting to be effective. That said, I managed my first run in only 13 hours so it's not totally infeasible.
Step 2: Speedrun
I would not suggest trying for this in "New Game Plus" mode. Unlike normal NG+ modes, this one ups the difficulty tremendously rather than you being all-powerful. Instead, start a new game and with all your knowledge from Step 1, you should have little trouble getting through quickly. I found a good spear and bow to be the best options.
Step 3: Mop Up
Unless you were very careful in Step 1, you may have some or all of the "Perfect..." and/or broom achievements left to do. Start another new game now and go for those.
Conclusion:
I played this game when it first came out and it had many problems and not a ton of content. Despite awesome premise and art style, it was in rough shape. As of writing this guide nearly a year later, the game has come a long way and was very fun to play. The achievements aren't too bad and it's a fairly short game, so it shouldn't be too hard to get the completion so long as you can master the boss battles. Good luck!
