There are 25 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Win a Craftsman Truck Series race (minimum of 11 opponents).

This is pretty simple, just go to:
    >Race Now
    >Craftsman Truck Series
    >Talladega(3% Race Length)
    >Race

Talladega is only 4 laps I think, if you put it on 3%, so shouldn't take you that long. You can turn Collisions, Damage and Flag Rules off.
  • Win a Nationwide Series race (minimum of 11 opponents).

Same as above, but instead of choosing Craftsman Truck Series, choose Nationwide Series:
    >Race Now
    >Nationwide Series Race
    >Talladega(3% race length)
    >Race
You can also turn Collisions, Damage, and Flag Rules off.
  • Win a Sprint Cup race (minimum of 11 opponents).

Same as the two above, just choose Sprint Cup Series instead this time:
    >Race Now
    >Sprint Cup Series
    >Talladega(3% length)
    >Race
Again, you can turn Collisions, Damage, and Flag Rules off.
  • Win a Craftsman Truck Series Championship in Career.

Pretty easy, just start Career Mode. And after you make your car and sign to a team and sign with a sponsor you will start off in the Craftsman Truck Series. Just race all 20 races, you don't have to win all 20 of the races, but it wouldn't hurt if you did. And after you complete the 20 races, if you're leading the points then you'll win the Craftsman Truck Championship. You can check the standings by going to Season Standings on the Career Main Menu.
  • 100 Rated Car for All Track Types.

Use your performance points to upgrade your car the max via upgrading the Engine, Chassis, Aerodynamics and Durability on all of the track types(Speedway, Superspeedway, Short Track, and Road Courses). You will earn Performance points by completing Sprint Challenges and completing contracts in Career Mode. Thanks to StalkedSYOTOS for help on this achievement.
  • Win a Nationwide Series Championship in Career.

After you earn enough Rep and Experience or after you complete the Craftsman Truck Circuit(Whichever comes first), you can then sign a contract and then you can move up to the Nationwide Series(You must go to-Career Main Menu-Team Contracts and sign a Contract for Nationwide Series), just win most of the races, and if you're the points leader after the season is over, achievement will unlock. To check the standings, go to Season Standing on the Career Main Menu.
  • Take track ownership from a friend.

All you need to do here is race at a certain track for a couple of races and you'll earn points for completing the race, completing laps, and racing clean. Once you race at a certain track a few times, and get enough points you will then take track ownership from your friends. But one of your friends would have had to played this game at least once and raced on that track at least once.
  • Qualify for the Chase for the Cup™ in Career.

You will be able to drive for the Sprint Cup Circuit after you earn enough Rep and Experience or after you complete the Craftsman Truck Circuit and the Nationwide Series Circuit(Whichever comes first). And all you have to do to get this achievement is stay in the Top 12 in driver points for the season. If you're in the Top 12 in driver points at the end of the 26 races you'll qualify for the Chase for the Cup and the achievement will unlock.
  • Win a Sprint Cup Series Championship in Career.

You will have to qualify to compete for the Sprint Cup, just stay in the Top 12 in driver points and you'll qualify for it. Now once you have qualified you will race 12 more races, you need to win as many as possible. If you are the points leader after those 12 races the achievement will unlock, what I would do is turn autosave off and after you win a race, save it. And then if you lose a race just load it back up. But you don't have to win all the races to win the Sprint Cup, just about 6-8 of them.
  • Win a Sprint Driver Challenge Event.

All you do here is go to:
    >Main Menu
    >Race Modes
    >Sprint Driver Challenges

Just do the very first challenge at Daytona, the Speed Trap. Very easy to do, and once you pass it, the achievement will unlock.
  • Win 10 Sprint Driver Challenge Events.

Same as the above achievement, but you'll need to win 10 Sprint Driver Challenge Events, pretty easy. Just do all of the challenges on the Speedway's and Superspeedway's. Shouldn't take long at all to get this achievement. Took me 20 minutes max.

    Just go to:
    >Main Menu
    >Race Modes
    >Sprint Driver Challenges
  • Complete All Sprint Driver Challenge Events.

This one will take some time, as there are 77 of these. You'll get performance points after everytime you beat a challenge, just use those on your car and that should help you out some. I have not gotten this achievement, so I don't know how long it will take, I am working on getting the achievement now. Will edit when I get it, to tell you how long it will take and stuff. But a pretty self-explanatory achievement.
  • Mach 1

    25

    Achieve a 761 Rep Rating.

See 'Achieve a 5500 Rep Rating'
  • Achieve a 3000 Rep Rating.

See 'Achieve a 5500 Rep Rating'
  • Achieve a 5500 Rep Rating.

You will get Rep for leading laps, completing races, racing clean, racing with the hardest difficulty and with all the assists turned off, and by completing sponsor and team contracts. This will come natural if you go for the Complete all the Sprint Driver Challenges and by going through the Career Mode. I haven't even finished the Craftsman Truck Circuit and I already have 2200 Rep. So it won't be hard to get these 3 achievements.
  • Complete a Custom Car for all racing series.

Pretty simple achievement, just go to:
    >Main Menu
    >Driver's Garage
    >Paint Booth

Create a Custom Car for the Craftsman Truck Series, Nationwide Series, and Sprint Cup Series. You must put all of the decals and sponsors on the cars to get the achievement.
  • Upload a Car Setup to EA Locker.

You will need to save a car setup first, so just go to a race and then go down to Car Setup and hit Save Setup.

    Then go to:
    >Main Menu
    >Xbox Live
    >My Nascar
    >EA Locker

Then hit to Upload the Race Setup and the achievement should unlock after you upload the setup.
  • Record a Lap in "Test and Tune" Mode.

    Go to:
    >Main Menu
    >Race Modes
    >Test and Tune

And just hit Sprint Cup Series and then pick Bristol(Shortest track), and all you have to do is complete 1 lap and the achievement will unlock after you complete that 1 lap.
  • Achieve a Top Speed of 200+ MPH.

I was told to go to:
    >Race Now
    >Sprint Cup Series
    >Choose the #008 Car
    >Michigan

And then good luck at getting 200MPH on the back straightaway before you go in to turn 3. Turn Braking assist off and you should easily get this achievement. Also go into Car Setup before you race or qualify and put the slider all the way over to speed. That should also help out. You can turn Damage, Collisions, and Flag Rules off.
  • Win a race after starting in last place (minimum of 11 opponents).

    Just go to:
    >Race Now
    >Sprint Cup Series
    >Talladega(3% Race Length)

Then hit to view Race details( Hit the button in the Choose track scren) and turn collisions off, Flag Rules off, Damage off, put Race Length on 3%(4 laps) and put number of AI opponents on 11. Just start in last place and make your way up to 1st, once you win the race after the achievement will unlock for you.
  • Win a Ranked Race on Xbox LIVE.

You can either get this legit by racing against other drivers, or you can get a couple of friends together and just swap victories, pretty easy 50GS achievement.
  • Drive 5,000 Total Miles.

This won't take that long if you go through Career and race against friends on Xbox Live. If you don't play this game a lot this achievement could take a while. You could also race a few 100% races to get the miles up, just while you're racing the 100% length race, turn Yellow Flags on and Black Flags off and just keep bringing out cautions, that will get you a couple hundred miles everytime(Thanks to Veyron for help on this). But this achievement is pretty-self explanatory, it won't take long for people who play this game a lot, but will take a while if you play it off and on. The only modes that count for this achievement are Race Now, Career Mode and if you race on Xbox Live. Sprint Driver Challenges and Test and Tune Modes do not count towards this achievement.

Secret achievements

  • Won 82 races.

You get this achievement by beating Jeff Gordon's current win record which is 81. You'll get this achievement by winning races in Race Now mode, Career Mode and in some of the Sprint Challenges. It looks like a pretty hard achievement, but it's actually pretty easy. If you go through the Career, you'll get this achievement easily, just race 3% races and you'll have this achievement in no time.
  • Won 8 Sprint Cups in Career.

This one is going to take you a while, all 8 Sprint Cups must be won in Career Mode. You qualify for racing in the Sprint Cup by earning enough Rep. You must be in the Top 12 in driver points to qualify for Chase for the Cup, then once you qualify for it, make sure you win the Sprint Cup, you won't have to win all the races to win the Sprint Cup, but you will have to win some of them. None of the Championships in Season Mode count. The fastest way to get this achievement is to put Race Length to 3% and turn Collision, Damage and Flag Rules off.

(I only advise doing this after you have already gotten the 5500 rep achievement and maxing out all your tracks to 100 because your sponsorship and team contracts are going to gave a hard time being fulfilled, unless your stick to the lower tiered groups of sponsors and contracts).

Though there is no sim option in the chase for the cup career, you can start the race and then quit out of it and it will act as though you ran the race but finished 43rd (sometimes better than 43rd) . So, my method is for the first 26 races of the year(before the chase playoffs begin) win 14 races and quit out of 12 races (shown below), qualifying you for the chase for the cup. Once in the last 10 races of the year, you will have to win 8 races (mine are listed below) to win the cup. The results may vary slightly based on how many total laps you lead and what place you get put into when you quit out so keep and eye on the standings a few races before the cup playoffs begin to make sure you make it. In my experience, this saves about 1.5-2 hours of racing time per cup season, which ends up saving you a total of about 9-12 hours in the long run if you can pull it off in the last 6 cup seasons. I tried to skip out of the events with fewer laps because I think you can get more pts the more laps you need, though I may be wrong on that.

Here's the list of races I won/quit out of if it helps (Regular Season):
    Won: Races 2,3,5,6,7,8,10,11,12,13,17,19,24,26
    Quit out of: 1,4,9,14,15,16,18,20,21,22,23,25

    Cup Playoffs:
    Won: 27,28,31,32,33,34,35,36
    Quit out of: 29,30
  • King Me

    200

    Won 201 Total Races.

You get this achievement by beating Richard Petty's record for wins, which is 200. Same as the above achievement, will come naturally by playing in the Career and in some of the Sprint Challenges. If you enjoy playing this game and play this game a lot, you'll have this achievement in no time as well.
