Welcome to OVIVO, a black and white 2D platformer where you play as a dot that can transition between the white space and black space. Gravity flips when you switch between the two, and you use the momentum to traverse intricate and interesting environments. It's an atmospheric, calm, and enjoyable game with a straightforward completion: collect all the dots and symbols in each level and complete the game. Let's get started.
There are a total of ten levels in the game, and each level has three symbols to collect and a bunch of dots to collect. As you progress and collect all of the symbols in each level, you will unavoidably see all of the dots, so just make sure to collect them. What I recommend doing is using the walkthrough video in the "The end is the beginning" achievement solution for all of the symbols. Timestamps for each symbol are in the video's comments. There isn't really any benefit in watching/following the video for the entirely of the levels, as they're all linear and straightforward. Instead, check the location of the next symbol using its timestamp to make sure you know when to look out for the next symbol. Once you collect the symbol, watch where the next symbol is, and continue like this through each level.
As noted previously, if you're collecting all the symbols, you'll see all the dots too. None are in difficult to reach places, so just grab each as you see it. If you pause the game during a level, you can see a bar along the bottom of the screen showing how many dots are in the level and which you've collected. Collected ones are bigger, whereas uncollected ones are tiny. Don't be worried if some big ones are white and some are black; this just reflects the color of the dot when you found it. Uncollected ones are tiny black dots, not white bigger dots.
By the time you complete all ten levels, as long as you got all the symbols and dots in each level, you'll have completed this game.
If you missed any dots or symbols, use level select to replay levels you're missing anything in.
OVIVO is a really interesting, fun, and relaxing platformer with some really cool artwork that you move through. It's a simple and pretty stress-free completion, and comes highly recommended. Enjoy the simple and fun completion.
