    • Research Dogs
    • Build a Kennel
    • Hire 5 Dog Handlers
    • Create three Dog Handler Patrols
    • Research Tazer Rollout
    • Build Classroom
    • Set up a Guard Tazer Certification program
    • Have 10 guards pass the Guard Tazer Certification program
