Cows of Vakul Achievement

Very early in the beginning of the game you'll cross a white bridge over some water. Toward the right side of it you'll see a fish jumping up out of the water. Stand over the fish and press to turn your mask off. You'll fall down through the water into a secret area with a cow. There is an artifact here, and entering this area unlocks the achievement.
