SO KIND Achievement in The Sims Medieval

To start the Charitable Guy story, your alignment must be at least slightly good. If the story options become available and this choice is greyed out, don't progress on any more quests and instead go around doing good deeds such as giving handouts to the church and being nice to people. To make this easier, I suggest choosing a history of Gentleman/Gentlewoman and a personality trait of Eloquent or Friendly when creating your character. When leveling up your skills, charisma is by far the most important skill, followed by strength.

The quests specific to this story are below:
 

1. Story: Charitable Guy I, 10, Mortemer
   -Alignment must be good.
   -Ask the innkeeper for information.
   -Search for the scepter in the tavern (wood pile).
   -Give the scepter to the Old Mage (Mortemer).
   -200 simoleons, charisma increase, spirituality increase
2. Story: Charitable Guy II, 10, Mortemer
   -Alignment must be good.
   -Learn about the ritual by reading.
   -Find and give 6 pumpkins to Mortemer.
   -Find and give 6 lettuces to Mortemer.
   -Find and give 4 mushrooms to Mortemer.
   -Ask Mortemer for the ceremonial soup.
   - 400 simoleons, charisma increase, spirituality increase
3. Story: Charitable Guy III, 10, Mortemer
   -Alignment must be good.
   -Recruit a wizard in your guild
   -Find and give a ring to Mortemer
   -1,000 simoleons, charisma increase, spirituality increase
4. Story: Charitable Guy IV, 10, Mortemer
   -Alignment must be good.
   -Consult the books to the find the recipe.
   -Ask Mortemer to lend you his scepter.
   -Find and trade a staff for Mortemer’s scepter.
   -Give 10 pumpkin seeds to Mortemer.
   -Use the scepter to communicate with the Drakhans.
