Introduction:
Welcome to The Talos Princple, a first person puzzle game that will really make you think outside the box, put your intelligence to the test, and possibly even make you question reality. This game has a ton of content, some very devious puzzles, and a story that is extremely engrossing and philosophical in nature. Based on the price of the game ($50) and the length of it (easily 25-30 hours of content), I am going to assume that if you're playing this game, it's because you actually want to enjoy it and its puzzles, rather than just complete all of the content with a guide. Like many puzzle games, you can just use a guide for solutions to the puzzles, but I am going to assume you're here to enjoy this game, so I have structured the roadmap and achievement solutions as such, but have still provided resources for puzzle solutions in the event you want them. Also, don't be deterred or overwhelmed by the amount to do and all of the missable achievements. It is a very manageable completion as long as proper planning is done, and the walkthrough below lays out a very logical and simple flow to ensure you get the completion without having to replay the game a second time. Let's get started.

Abbreviated Walkthrough:
As noted in the Introduction, don't be intimidated by the amount of missables and all of the content in the game. I am going to break the completion into very manageable steps that are easy to follow and will ensure you don't miss any achievements so you don't have to start a new game. You may want to read through all of the steps below once just to get a feel for the order of things, but just focus on each step as you go and there isn't much to remember.

Step 1: All Green, Yellow, and Red Sigils, and Stars
*Important* - during this step, DO NOT approach or enter The Tower. After you complete World A and take the elevator out of World A, you'll be outside in a snowy area. Worlds B and C are to your left and right, and The Tower is directly in front of you. Stay away from The Tower until you unlock Hedging My Bets (30G) later in this step.

The other important thing to be aware of in this step are the computer terminals you'll notice in the entrance of every puzzle hub. There are four missable achievements tied to interactions with these terminals. While it's fine if you interact with the terminals a few times, to be safe, you could choose to ignore them completely until this roadmap tells you to do so. I personally interacted with around five of them during this step before I knew there were missables, and it only saved me some time instead of making me miss any. However, I would caution you against more than five or six interactions, and as I said originally, you can play it safe and not interact with them at all during this step.

With those missable notes out of the way, during this step you'll get acquainted with the game, and your goal is to solve all of the sigil puzzles in Worlds A, B, and C, in areas 1 through 7 in each of those three worlds. Each world has a sign showing how many sigil puzzles are within, and they get crossed off as you complete each puzzle, so it's very easy to keep track and see what you're missing. The green and yellow sigil puzzles are relatively easier ones. Green sigils will be used to open up all three puzzle worlds (A to leave the world, and then to access B and C), and yellow sigils are used to unlock new mechanics in the hub worlds. The red sigil puzzles are typically much harder than the other two, and these sigils will be used to obtain two of the endings later on. While working on getting the red sigils, you'll want to make it a point to obtain Extreme Persistence Detected (20G) and Know Your Limits (20G), since they must be done while working on red sigil puzzles. Refer to both achievement descriptions to get both out of the way.

On top of those three types of sigils you'll be unlocking during this step, you will unavoidably notice stars both on the signs for each puzzle hub and in puzzles themselves. There are 30 in the game, and you will eventually need to collect all of them. You can very well choose to collect them all in each puzzle hub as you progress (which is what I chose to do), and they are also marked on the puzzle hub signs so you know how many are in each area. Collecting the stars involves some of the most critical and outside-the-box thinking in the game, so be prepared to really be put to the test to figure out how to collect all of the stars.

By the time you finish this step, you'll have unlocked Worlds A, B, and C, have obtained all five of the new mechanics with your yellow sigils, and have all 49 of the red sigils. You'll unlock all unmissable story achievements along the way, and conclude with the two missable achievements Solipsist (30G) (for collecting all red sigils without asking for help, which you can't do at this point anyway if you're following this walkthrough) and Hedging My Bets (30G) (for collecting all green, yellow, and red sigils without having enterred The Tower). You may notice the giant doors open in World C with a while light behind them, after you collect every sigil. Ignore these doors for now.

Step 2: Restore a Backup and Ask for Help
With Solipsist (30G) unlocked, we now need to restore a backup save to where we still had a red sigil left to collect, and ask for help. Return to the main menu, choose The Talos Principle, and choose Restore Backup instead of continuing your game. The top file should be your file with all sigils collected, and the one right under it should be the same minus one sigil. Restore that backup with one red sigil not collected yet. This will unlock Last Stable Version (10G). Assuming you went in order, you should be in World C's hub or one of its puzzle hubs. In the World C hub right by the entrance to puzzle hub 7 is an axe in a red case on the wall. Take the axe and use it to break the wooden barrier on the door right nearby, which will unlock Break Down Barriers (20G). Head inside the portal to go to a Messenger island, unlocking Sacred Grounds (30G). In here, there are four big metal domes. Each one has a puzzle to solve to open it. Do so, and use the two connectors with the two transmitters to direct the beams and open the door to the temple in the middle of the island. Head inside and solve one more puzzle to release the messenger. Now leave this area and return to where your last red sigil puzzle is. After entering the puzzle area through the purple barrier, you should be able to spot an altar of sorts on a wall nearby. Interact with it and choose to ask for help, then scan the QR code from the messenger to unlock Help From Above (20G).

That concludes this little detour of a step to unlock the missable Help From Above (20G) achievement. Now you should return to the main menu and Restore Backup of the save with all of the sigils collected.

Step 3: Computer Terminals and Missables
Now is the time when we're going to finally interact with those computer terminals, and the MLA (Milton Library Assistant, which I'll just refer to as Milton from now on) inside. There are three missable achievement directly linked to how your interactions with Milton progress - Silence The Serpent (30G), Press The Serpent (30G), and Deal With The Deceiver (30G) - but there is also a later achievement, Take It With You (30G), that requires you to reach an ending after having completed Deal With The Deceiver (30G). We will therefore unlock Silence The Serpent (30G) and Press The Serpent (30G) first, restoring a backup each time in between, and finish with Deal With The Deceiver (30G), so that we can proceed onward to get Take It With You (30G) later.

So now, using your save with all sigils (although it doesn't matter which save you use at this point), go into each puzzle world (A-1, A-2, A-3, etc.) and interact with the computer terminal by the spawn. There are way more computer terminals in the game than you need for these achievements, so don't worry about seeking them all out at this point. Just use the ones that are quick and easy to get to. As far as your responses are concerned, answer in a confident, logical, and rational manner. Stick to your assertions and don't let Milton talk you out of anything. You will need to interact with around 15 computer terminals to get to the critical point, which will be after you take a personality test, then talk with Milton, and then set up an admin account, and then talk with another person. After that, you'll get to a point where your two available responses are as follows, and this is where the paths for the three missable achievements branch:

What holes? There are no holes.
or
I accept that some of my beliefs face difficult challenges.

Refer to Silence The Serpent (30G) or Press The Serpent (30G) for the correct dialogue options. Follow the path for one of those achievements, and when it unlocks, quit to the main menu and restore your most recent backup. You'll unfortunately need to interact with all of the computers again to get to this critical point, but at least you don't have to worry about missing any achievements. Now get the other achievement above.

Once you've done both of those achievements, restore your most recent backup one more time, and this time follow the dialogue choices in Deal With The Deceiver (30G) to make a deal with Milton and unlock that achievement. This time, while you're interacting with all of those computer terminals, you can save yourself some time and also read (at least open) all of the documents on each computer too, since they're need for a collectible achievement. DO NOT restore a backup save anymore. You're now going to progress to one of the game's endings with Deal With The Deceiver (30G) having been completed on your current save.

Step 4: Two Endings
With Deal With The Deceiver (30G) done, it's time to move onto two endings, the first of which requires that achievement to have been done on your current save. Head into The Tower now, and use your red sigils to access each floor, ascending to the top. After clearing all five floors, you'll head up a spiral staircase outside up to a puzzle area high above everything else. This is a multi-level timed group of puzzles that you must complete before the storm ascends and kills you. After you complete it, you'll ride a fan high up into the clouds. Walk through the gate at the top of the stairs and interact with the computer terminal. Choose to download Milton into your mind and take him with you, unlocking Take It With You (30G), a highly missable achievement. This ending will also unlock Free Will (40G).

With that done, restore your most recent backup on the top of the list. You'll be back at the start of the Floor 5 puzzle in The Tower. You'll unfortunately need to complete this puzzle again. This time, after you complete the Floor 5 puzzle and go up the spiral staircase, you'll notice Elohim is commanding you to go back. DO NOT go through the purple barrier at the top to start the final timed puzzles. Instead, get to the top where the purple barrier is and stay there until Elohim is done talking. Once he finishes, go all the way back down (either go back down the stairs and take the elevator down, or jump off the side since there's no fall damage) and go back into World C, and now go through those big open doors with the light behind them. This will unlock Changed My Mind. (30G) and Eternal Life (40G).

Step 5: Third Ending
With those two endings done, restore your most recent backup (again back at the start of Floor 5 in The Tower). Now your goal is to complete every puzzle in the game. This is also when you should finish all of your collectibles (all of the logs for A Good Listener (40G) and all of the documents on the computer terminals for Thorough Researcher (40G); refer to each achievement for a list of both). You already have all green, yellow, and red sigils. If you don't already have all 30 stars, get them now (Blessed Messenger (50G) has solutions for them). You will also need to use the same axe you used in World C to get to the Messenger island, and redo the Messenger island puzzles in World C, and take the axe with you to World B and World A, breaking open those wooden barriers and completing those two Messenger islands as well. While doing these Messenger islands, grab the LOL (30G) achievement, since it is easiest to do it then.

Lastly, in Worlds A, B, and C, there is now a door with an open gate. Inside each gate is a gate that requires 10 stars to solve a puzzle and open, leading to a portal to a new world. These three new puzzle worlds each contain three grey sigils to earn from solving more puzzles, for a total of nine grey sigils. Also, at the entrance of each puzzle world is a sign that will say something like "5 * *." These three numbers you'll get are the code to unlock Floor 6 in The Tower, and they're random for each playthrough, so jot them down or remember them. Once you have all nine grey sigils and your three-digit code, return to The Tower and take the elevator up to Floor 1, quickly resolve this easy puzzle to get to the computer terminal, and use your three-digit code to unlock Floor 6. Take the elevator to Floor 6 and use your grey sigils to open the door. Head through it to finally unlock Blessed Messenger (50G) for the third and final ending. That should wrap up all achievements in the "base game."

Step 6: Road to Gehenna "DLC"
The Road to Gehenna DLC, which comes with the console version of the game, is accessed separately from the main menu. It's standalone content with four achievements. Three of them - Welcome to Gehenna (10G), First! (10G), and Ascension (20G) - are story related and can't be missed. The fourth achievement, Free Admin (40G), requires you to first solve all of the puzzles like you normally would, but then also obtain 10 of the available 16 stars. Note that you DO NOT need to collect every star in this DLC. You only need 10, so feel free to only collect the easier ones and skip the really involved ones. With 10 stars collected, you then need to return to the main hub and head around the back of the World 4 building. From there you can jump to a small island below you. Ride the fans to an island, then jump down to another island, and ride one more fan to an island with a puzzle to solve. Doing so opens up a new puzzle world. Solve all seven of the puzzles to get seven grey sigils. Return to the main hub central platform, go down the stairs on the side to a door where you can use your grey sigils to open it. Doing so unlocks Free Admin (40G). After doing so, use the main terminal to complete the DLC and unlock Ascension (20G), finishing this extra content.

Conclusion:
The Talos Principle is, quite frankly, an amazing game. There are a ton of puzzles to solve, with difficulty that ranges from relatively simple to insanely tricky, but that makes it all the more satisfying to figure each one out. There are layers and layers of puzzles to solve, so you'll be busy for quite some time. On top of that, the story and the background you can get from all of the documents is incredibly interesting and thought provoking. For any fans of puzzle games, this game is a must-buy for sure. I hope you enjoyed your time with this game, and congrats on a great completion.

This will unlock after collecting all of the green "A" sigils and using them to activate the elevator in World A, allowing you to exit to the outside.
  • Use the connectors to win a prize!

    Story-related; cannot be missed.

This will unlock after you collect the yellow sigils to unlock the connector mechanic, and then the first time you use them to solve a puzzle this achievement will unlock.
  • ...but let's be honest, it works the same.

    Story-related; cannot be missed.

This will unlock after you collect the yellow sigils to unlock the block mechanic, and then the first time you use them to solve a puzzle this achievement will unlock.
  • Pick up a star.

This achievement will unlock the first time you collect a star. Refer to Blessed Messenger (50G) for more information.
  • A little curiosity never killed the cat.

This achievement unlocks upon entering The Tower and riding the elevator up to Floor 1 for the first time.

DO NOT do this before unlocking Hedging My Bets (30G) or you'll miss that achievement!
  • Try, fail, try again, fail again, eventually succeed.

Refer to Know Your Limits (20G) for more information.
  • Accept Elohim's wisdom.

While solving a red sigil puzzle, after you spend approximately 10-15 minutes of time active in the puzzle (by that, I mean you can't simply stand idle; you'll need to rubber band your thumbsticks if you want to walk away), Elohim will start talking to you. He'll essentially tell you that there's no shame in giving up and leaving and coming back later to try again. After he finishes talking, you can either leave like he suggests, which unlocks this achievement, or stay and actually solve the puzzle to unlock Extreme Persistence Detected (20G).
  • Run the sand through your robot hands.

    Story-related; cannot be missed.

This will unlock upon entering World B for the first time.
  • Tell the others what you think.

In various puzzle hubs, there will be a somewhat hidden bucket of white paint, typically tucked in a corner or near a wall. For this achievement, simply pick up the paint bucket, then walk to a wall and interact with it to paint a QR code on the wall. Refer to Split Personality (30G) for more information.
  • Use the power of air to your advantage.

    Story-related; cannot be missed.

After collecting the yellow sigils to unlock the fan mechanic, this achievement will unlock upon solving your first puzzle with fans.
  • Enter the Land of Faith.

    Story-related; cannot be missed.

This achievement unlocks when you enter World C for the first time.
  • That's what axes are for!

In World C, right by the entrance to C-7 is an axe in a red case on the wall. Pick up the axe and use it to break open the wooden barrier on the door nearby, unlocking this achievement.
  • Find a Messenger's abode.

There are three Messenger abodes, one in each of the three worlds. Each one is behind a wooden door. To access any one of them, you'll near to head to World C and grab the axe on the wall by C-7. Use that axe to break down the wooden barrier in any of the three worlds, and head through the portal behind it to reach a new island and unlock this achievement.
  • Receive guidance from Elohim's messengers.

    *MISSABLE*

WARNING: unlocking this achievement will void Solipsist (30G) on your current save. Refer to Step 1 and 2 in the roadmap to ensure you unlock Solipsist (30G) first before unlocking this achievement, but that you also unlock this achievement before you miss it and need to start over too.

To unlock this achievement, you first need to go to any of the three Messenger abodes (refer to Sacred Grounds (30G) for doing so). Once there, solve the four puzzles at the four metal domes, and then use the puzzle parts inside to open the door to the temple. Head inside the temple and solve the fifth puzzle to open the tomb and get a hint option (you'll see an icon on the bottom of the screen in the middle). Now, you need to head to any red sigil puzzle that you haven't completed. After entering the purple barrier of it, there should be an altar of sorts on a nearby wall. Interact with it a few times to confirm you walk to summon help, at which point the Messenger will come and paint a QR code on the wall. Scan it to unlock this achievement.
  • Successfully engage in co-op mode with yourself.

    Story-related; cannot be missed.

After collecting all of the yellow sigils to unlock the recorder, this achievement will unlock the first time you solve a puzzle using a recorder.
  • Stand on your own two shoulders.

    Story-related; cannot be missed.

After unlocking the recorder, there will be a few puzzles where you need to hold a little platform while recording, and then stand on top of this platform during playback. The first time you do so, you'll unlock this achievement.
  • Communicate with your double.

This achievement requires you to have a bucket of white paint and a recorder in the same area. This won't be possible until you get to World C where the recorders are. There are multiple places where this is possible, such as C-2 and C-4. In C-2, head up to the church where the purple door is and look for the white paint bucket in the corner. In C-4, there is a white paint bucket on the ground behind some rocks near the spawn. In either case, one you have the white paint bucket, head into a puzzle with a recorder (the paint bucket can pass through the purple barriers). Set the bucket down and activate the recorder. While recording, pick up the paint bucket and interact with any wall to paint a QR code, then go back and stop the recording. During playback, scan the QR code that your double paints on the wall, which unlocks this achievement.

Note that the paint buckets respawn if you leave the puzzle hub and return, so this achievement is not missable.
  • Don't just peek. Do it.

This achievement unlocks upon completing the puzzle on Floor 1 of The Tower and then riding the elevator up to Floor 2. Refer to Free Will (40G) for more information.
  • Strike a deal.

    *MISSABLE*

This achievement requires that you follow a certain dialogue path with MLA in the computer terminals in all of the puzzle worlds. This achievement is one of three possible with MLA, and it conflicts with Silence The Serpent (30G) and Press The Serpent (30G). Note that this achievement is also a prerequisite for Take It With You (30G). Please refer to Step 3 in the roadmap to ensure you unlock all of these achievements without needing to start a new playthrough.

After around 15 interactions with different computer terminals, you will eventually reach the critical point where the paths branch and you can unlock different achievements. This critical point is where your two response options are

What holes? There are no holes.
    or
I accept that some of my beliefs face difficult challenges.

For this achievement, the responses you need to choose are:
    1. "I accept that some of my beliefs face difficult challenges"
    2. -pick anything-
    3. -pick anything except "There's nothing else I'm prepared to doubt quite yet"-
    4. "No, I see now everything I've argued was flawed"
    5. "I refuse to trust anyone, including myself"
    6. "We do"
Exit the terminal and this achievement will unlock.
  • Do as you're told (for now).

    *MISSABLE*

This achievement requires that you not enter The Tower until you've collecting all green, yellow, and red sigils first. The Tower is directly in front of you when you exit World A. Simply don't go near it until you've collected all of the sigils. This achievement will unlock as soon as you collect the last sigil, providing you haven't entered The Tower.
  • Get everything on your own.

    *MISSABLE*

This achievement requires that you complete all red sigil puzzles without ever using a Messenger to ask for help. Note that this achievement also conflicts with Help From Above (20G). Please refer to Step 2 in the roadmap to ensure you unlock both achievements in the same playthrough. For this achievement, unless you use the axe in World C to break a wooden barrier and go to a Messenger island and complete the puzzles to unlock the ability to call for a Messenger, you won't even be able to accidentally ask for help and void this achievement. For help with all puzzles, refer to Blessed Messenger (50G) for a link to all puzzle solutions.
  • See what the others have to say.

All over the various areas of the game (the main areas, the puzzle hubs, and even in some puzzles themselves) you will undoubtedly notice QR codes on the wall that you can point at to scan and read them. For this achievement, you just need to scan and read many of them. I know that is vague, but you thankfully don't need to scan anywhere near all of them. I unlocked this achievement near the start of World C, and there are many QR codes in World C and a lot more on the various floors of The Tower. Make it a point to scan all of the QR codes you happen across and you'll unlock this achievement before finishing the game.
  • Expose the flaws in the code.

    *MISSABLE*

This achievement requires that you follow a certain dialogue path with MLA in the computer terminals in all of the puzzle worlds. This achievement is one of three possible with MLA, and it conflicts with Silence The Serpent (30G) and Deal With The Deceiver (30G)Please refer to Step 3 in the roadmap to ensure you unlock all of these achievements without needing to start a new playthrough.

    2. -pick anything-
    3. "There's nothing else I'm prepared to doubt quite yet"-
    4. "I am unique"
    5. "So long as I am physically free I can make a difference"
    6. "So that's it? You've given up on everything?"
    7. "Are you uncomfortable when someone else is asking the questions?"
    8. "If there's no point in anything, why are you talking to me?"
    9. "Are you avoiding the question?"
    10. "Why does it bother you so?"
At this point the achievement should unlock, but you can pick any choices you want to finish the conversation.
  • Do not allow the serpent to fill you with doubt.

    *MISSABLE*

This achievement requires that you follow a certain dialogue path with MLA in the computer terminals in all of the puzzle worlds. This achievement is one of three possible with MLA, and it conflicts with Press The Serpent (30G) and Deal With The Deceiver (30G)Please refer to Step 3 in the roadmap to ensure you unlock all of these achievements without needing to start a new playthrough.

    1. "What holes? There are no holes"
    2. "No, I stand by everything I've said. These matters are beyond doubt"
    3. "I am special"
    4. "So long as I might have chosen otherwise I can make a difference"
    5. "Banish"
At this point the achievement will unlock.
  • It's not for everyone!

This achievement requires that you collect all sigils (green, yellow, and red ones) in all seven of the puzzle hubs in each of the three worlds (i.e. A-1 through A-7, B-1 through B7, and C-1 through C-7). Refer to Blessed Messenger (50G) for all puzzle solutions. After doing so, the big double doors in World C will open, filled with white light. Walk through the doors to unlock this achievement and associated ending.

Refer to Step 4 of the roadmap to pair this achievement with Changed My Mind. (30G).
  • Restore a backup version of yourself.

Each time you collect a sigil, a backup is made, although you only have around 10 backups at any given time because they will start overwriting each other. At any point after you have a backup, you need to return to the main menu, and choose Restore Backup, and then pick any of those files to restore, unlocking this achievement.
  • Reach the top.

This achievement requires you to complete all five floors of The Tower and ascend the spiral staircase to the top outside. Refer to Free Will (40G) for more information.
  • It is never too late to accept Elohim's forgiveness.

To unlock this achievement, you first need to collect all red sigils and use them to ascend The Tower. Complete all floors, including completing Floor 5. Now, where you ext Floor 5 and head up the spiral staircase to the top, DO NOT enter the purple barrier at the top to enter the puzzle area. Instead, when you get to the purple barrier, wait there for Elohim to finish commanding you not to proceed. When he's done, head back down (either take the stairs and then the elevator, or just jump off since there's no fall damage) and enter World C, and enter the double doors with the white light, unlocking this achievement.
  • Bring the end of your generations.

This achievement is unlocked for reaching the top of The Tower and the associated ending. In order to do this, you'll first need to collect all green, yellow, and especially red sigils. Refer to Blessed Messenger (50G) for help with solving any puzzles.

Once you've collecting all sigils, head into The Tower and work your way to the top: on each floor, you'll need to use red sigils to solve a puzzle to open a door, giving you access to a normal puzzle within. Solving each normal puzzle grants you access to a computer terminal, which you can use to unlock the next floor above yours. To do so, most require a code, and that code is typically written in one of the three documents on that computer. Advance through each floor in this manner. Refer to THIS LINK if you need help at all along the way.

Once you complete Floor 5, you'll go outside and up a spiral staircase to the exterior platforms. Once you go through the purple barrier, you start an invisible timer. You now need to complete four floors of puzzles before the storm below you ascends and reaches you. You have a decent amount of time, but you are still under the gun to an extent. The puzzles are relatively linear though, since you'll be helping others along them who in turn help you. After you complete all four floors you'll reach a fan that launches you up into the clouds. Head up the stairs and interact with the terminal (note that here is where you can unlock Take It With You (30G) if you've unlocked Deal With The Deceiver (30G) on this save file) to complete the game and achieve this ending.
  • Internalise the voice of doubt.

    *MISSABLE*

To unlock this achievement, you first need to unlock Deal With The Deceiver (30G) on the same save file. Refer to the roadmap (Steps 3 and 4) to ensure you do this without missing out on other missable achievements.

Once you've unlocked Deal With The Deceiver (30G), you then need to reach the Free Will (40G) terminal at the top of The Tower. Refer to that achievement solution for doing so. When you reach the terminal inside the gates for that ending, choose to merge with Milton and take it with you, which will unlock this achievement during the ending cutscene.
  • Collect all pieces of written information.

This achievement requires that you open all documents on all computer terminals in the entire game. Each computer terminal has at least two and at most four documents, and unread ones are indicated by an asterisk next to them. Additionally, you can press button-b.png at any time during the game to see which documents you're read the terminals you've discovered.

Instead of listing every document, I will list every computer terminal. The terminology I use in the list below matches how each terminal is denoted in your journal when you press button-b.png. When you access a terminal, you need to open each unread document to get credit towards this achievement.

  • Solve every mystery in every land, that you might aid those who walk in your footsteps.

This achievement requires you to solve every puzzle in the base game and obtain the associated ending. To do this, you need to complete the following:
    • Collect all green, yellow, and red sigils (THIS LINK has the solutions to all sigil puzzles)
    • Collect all 30 stars (THIS LINK provides hints before solutions if you want to try to find them yourself)
    • Complete all three Messenger Islands (THIS LINK has screenshots of each tetris puzzle)

Once you've done all of that, there will be a gated door in each of the three worlds that is now open, leading to a gate you need to use 10 stars to open (solutions HERE if you need them). Behind them is a portal leading to A-8, B-8 and C-8 in each world. When you enter each of these worlds, you'll see a big sign near the spawn that says something like "5 * *." This is part of the three digit code you need to unlock Floor 6 in The Tower. Make a note of these numbers or remember them, because they're random for each playthrough. Also in these worlds, there are more puzzles to solve, each of which rewards you with a grey sigil (solutions HERE if you need them). Once you've obtained all nine grey sigils and have your unique three digit code, head to The Tower and use any computer terminal on any floor. Input your code to unlock Floor 6, then take the elevator to it. Use your grey sigils to complete a puzzle to unlock the door, and head through to complete the game and unlock this achievement.

Story-related; cannot be missed. This will unlock upon completing the DLC. Once you've complete all puzzles to free all prisoners, return to the main island and interact with the computer terminal. Choose "/transcend" to beat the DLC and unlock this achievement.
  • Rescue Admin from his prison cell.

*This achievement is obtained in the Road To Gehenna DLC accessed separately from the main menu*

To unlock this achievement, in addition to solving all puzzles to free all prisoners, you'll also need to collect at least 10 stars. There are a total of 16 stars in this DLC but you DO NOT need to collect them all from an achievement perspective. You only need 10, so you can choose stars that are easier and less convoluted to get. Refer to THIS LINK for all stars' solutions to get them. If one seems particularly long or complex, you can simply skip it.

Once you have 10 stars, return to the main hub island and head towards the building to World 4. Instead of going inside, head around the back side of it. Behind it, if you look off the edge of the island and down, you'll see a little island you can jump to. Jump to it, and ride fans from island to island. When you get to an island with no fan, there is another island below you to jump to. Ride that fan to get to a tetris puzzle. Solve it with your 10 stars to get access to a new puzzle world. Here, you have some exceptionally difficult puzzles to complete to obtain grey sigils. Refer to THIS LINK for solutions if you need any. Once you've completed all puzzles to get all seven grey sigils, take the teleporter back to the main island. Look at the edge of the main island for a set of stairs. Take them down to a door that you can use your grey sigils on. Complete the tetris puzzle to unlock the door and unlock this achievement.

Laugh at the pointlessness of existence.

Despite the order the achievements are in, this achievement is NOT part of the Road To Gehenna DLC. It must be unlocked in the base game.

To unlock this achievement, you need to arrage tetris pieces during any puzzle such that they form the acronym LOL. Good places to do this are on the Messenger Islands, specifically A and C. If you're already completed all puzzles on those islands, don't worry, they can be reset. Interact with the completed puzzle like normal and press button-y.png to reset it. Arrange two 'L' shapes and a square as shown in the picture below to unlock this achievement.
