Introduction:
Play Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep, then pre-order its full-size follow-up Tiny Tina's Wonderlands! Smash skeletons, defeat dragons, and battle giant golems in Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure. Experience the acclaimed 2013 quest that started it all in this standalone campaign jam-packed with fantasy, fun, and mountains of magical loot! The Queen's been captured and her kingdom is in peril; only you and your friends have any chance of restoring peace to this eccentric, enchanted land. Blast your way through treacherous forests, spooky crypts, and fearsome fortresses, but beware—your journey can change in an instant on account of Tina's gleefully chaotic whims. Dive into this epic tabletop romp and get ready for the fantasy fight of your life!

Step 1: 100% Zer0 Playthrough + Co-Op Achievement + TVHM
While you could technically do this with any character you like, you'd be spending a decent amount of extra time if you choose one of the other characters. Each character has a class skill achievement, and Zer0's requires that he get to Level 15. The next closest is Sal at Level 10, while the other four characters only need to get to Level 2. So doing your main run with anyone else, you'll still be required to get Zer0 to Level 15, which would essentially be a waste of time. That said, do whatever you'd like.

For this step, you'll be completing the main story portion of the game (which is just a recreation of the Borderland 2 DLC), as well as all side-quests, the arena, and the raid boss. Once all that is done, you may have a little grinding to do to finish off all the challenges, but I'd suggest taking a look at those and working on them as you play through all the other content - especially the "Open Wide" challenge for the shotgun, which you have to get to Level 5. Try to switch guns often after that to ensure you're getting kills with different types of guns, different elements, etc. This will lower the amount of grinding later on.

You'll also want to do the co-op achievement on this character, as there are three challenges that require co-op as well. Get the achievement for reviving someone on your friends list, and do that four more times to satisfy the challenge, then win a duel and trade with them as well. Can be done in split-screen with a second controller or online with a friend.

Once all that is done, you'll likely still need to grind a ton of levels to hit the level cap of 35. Play through the story again on True Vault Hunter Mode, then repeat the arena until you're done.

Warning: Be aware of the missable achievement mentioned in the Road Map. While you can still get this if you join someone else's game or find a partner who can give you the item required for it, you can miss it in your own playthrough.

Step 2: Partial Sal Playthrough
Sal is the only other character that needs to gain a decent amount of levels to perform his skill achievement, requiring Level 10 and two specific skills to unlock it. Play through the content again and/or go on killing sprees to get the required level and nab his achievement.

Step 3: Other Four Character Achievements
The final four characters in the game simply need to gain one level and be Level 2 to unlock their special skill, then use it 100 times in the case of Maya or kill 100 enemies with it for the other three. As you level up a bit from these kills you may be able to grab skills that will increase your special's effectiveness, but it shouldn't be necessary. A good spot to get all these is in Flamerock where the Lootapult lands, a group of 7-10 spiders will spawn. Save and exit after killing all of them to have them respawn when you load back in.

Conclusion:
This was my absolute favorite DLC from the Borderlands franchise, and you can see it was many others' as well, having spawned a full sequel and now this standalone release. The achievement list being a blend of the DLC and portions of the main Borderlands 2 list is a bit of a let down as it requires a bit of extra time and grinding unfortunately, but if you never played this content and are interested in the Tiny Tina standalone game coming out in 2022, definitely give this a shot, especially at only $10.

Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep: A Wonderlands One-Shot Adventure Achievement Guide

Show completed achievements
Show secret achievements

There are 30 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Complete the first rank of all non-level-specific challenges with a single character.

For this achievement, you must complete the first level of all the challenges listed below. There are a few challenges that begin hidden, and only unlock after completing another challenge in a certain way. Be sure to work on "Open Wide" from the jump, as this is required to get to Level 5 before it unlocks a different shotgun challenge. You'll also need to get "Splish Splash" in the rocket section to Level 5, but this is considerably quicker. Every other challenge is either available from the start, or reveals itself when you complete it for the first time. I'm not sure why they chose to require those two challenges hit Level 5 before unlocking a different challenge, but that's the way it is.

Most of these will come fairly naturally, but some are a bit irksome. I had trouble with the sniper challenge for killing an enemy that wasn't aware of you, ended up getting that against the little stumpy trees in the forest. Some will be out of reach until the loot gods smile upon you and you're able to get a specific grenade, or a weapon with a melee bonus. Just be sure to keep one of each type of weapon, one of each elemental type, one of each shield type, and one of each grenade type until you've complete the respecitve challenges, then you can sell them off if you don't like them.

Anyway, once you've completed the story you can do a check of what's left to complete and head back to the forest area to kill things in the desired manner.

See Capped Out... For Now (75G) for more info.
  • Reach level 25.

See Capped Out... For Now (75G) for more info.
  • Reach level 35.

This achievement is extremely annoying. Playing on Normal mode the level cap is 17, which you will hit while doing the story and all the side-quests. After completing the story you will unlock True Vault Hunter Mode which will raise the level cap to 35 and allow you to unlock this achievement. Start and complete the story a second time on TVHM, then you can grind the final challenge in Murderlin's arena for the last few levels you'll need.
  • Have Purple-rarity gear or better equipped in every slot.

For this achievement you will need all four gun slots, as well as your shield, grenade, class, and relic mod slots to have an item equipped of either purple (rare), orange (legendary), or pink (seraph) rarity. The hardest one to get will likely be the relic mod, so utilize the seraph crystal shop in town for this. Every time I checked, the item of the day was a relic mod for only 50 crystals. The lootapult will also be a huge help, as it almost always give a purple item of some kind. You should also get a good amount from the chests after completing the raid.
  • Kill 100 enemies with the Sabre turret.

You only need to get Level 2 to unlock your turret action skill, and you can begin working on this achievement right away. Kill all the skeletons at the docks area, then continue with the story into the forest and beyond, letting the turrent get the killing blow on every enemy possible (while whittling them down with your or melee first).
  • Phaselock 100 enemies.

You only need to get Level 2 to unlock your phaselock action skill, and you can begin working on this achievement right away. This is by far the easiest skill achievement, since it doesn't do any damage you can simply cast it on the same enemy 100 times to unlock it.
  • Gunzerk continuously for 90 seconds.

You only need to get Level 2 to unlock your gunzerking action skill, but you will need to get Level 10 to unlock the Last Longer and Yippie Ki Yay skills to get to 90 seconds. Wait until you are fighting a large number of enemies before popping the action skill, and kill everything in sight to continue adding time to the skill. With the two skills mentioned prior unlocked, you will be able to get to 90 seconds. If you're still having trouble, level up some more and put more skill points into those skills.
  • Kill a Chubby.

The most common place to find a chubby enemy seems to be while playing on True Vault Hunter Mode, in the Unassuming Docks just outside the zone spot that leads to Flamerock Refuge. You can quit to the menu and load back in to see if one spawns. You could also possibly find one next to Mr. Boney Pants Guy on the Docks, or inside the Lair of Infinite Agony near where Mr. Miz spawns.
  • Redeem 25 tokens.

Tokens are rewards from increasing your Badass rank, while is an account-wide number showing how much you've played the game, in terms of how many challenges you've completed. You will get large amounts of these without trying, and you need to complete Level 1 of every challenge for another achievement anyway, so you'll get the 25 needed along the way. From there, be sure to redeem them and choose any passive buff you'd like each time to unlock the achievement. This can be found in the last menu option on the right.
  • Remain in Zer0's Decepti0n mode for ten seconds straight.

You only need to get Level 2 to unlock your deception action skill, but you will need to get at least Level 15 to unlock the Many Must Fall skill, which allows you to extend the time you are in deception mode. You will need to kill at least three enemies to get over ten seconds, so wait until you have a small group and whittle their health down with bullets or normal melee attacks before popping the action skill, then finish them off with melee attacks while it is active to get over ten seconds and unlock the achievement.
  • Unlock 10 customization items.

Customization items will drop sometimes from enemies or be rewarded from quests and increasing your Badass rank. You can also purchase them in some vending machines. You'll likey get a few dozen of these throughout the game, but only need to redeem 10 of them from your inventory from the achievement, and can sell the rest if you'd like.
  • Revive someone from "Fight for Your Life!" that is on your friends list.

This achievement can be done in local split-screen or online with a friend. You need to make sure you have the person you are reviving on your friends list prior to launching the game, as it seems to be finnicky if you find someone and add them while you're playing with them. Have the other person stand still and take damage (removing the shield will speed this up) and then hold button-x.png when they are down on the ground to revive them.
  • Purchase 5 items from the Black Market.

The Black Market is now available inside Flamerock Refuge for this standalone release, and you will need to purchase five items with Eridium to unlock this achievement. The first upgrade for the backpack and ammo storage types are four each, so you'll need a minimum of 20 Eridium to unlock this achievement.
  • Complete all side missions.

A complete list of all the side missions and when they become available can be found HERE. This list also includes the main story missions which are numbered and bolded, but those must be completed to unlock some of the side-quests so it's handy to have it all in one place. Complete every mission on that page to unlock this achievement.
  • Slay Mister Boney Pants Guy.

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Introduce thyself to the White Knight.

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Complete thy quest by rescuing yonder queen.

Story related and can not be missed.
  • Feed thy noble queen thrice during a single visit to her quarters.

After completing the main story quest, return to Flamerock Refuge. You can find the queen near the White Knight, up the hill from Moxxi's. Talk to her and complete one quest to pet her, then a second quest will be given which asks you to feed her, which consists of giving her Eridium. Give her five bars three times in a row (15 total) to unlock this achievement.
  • Show thine worst enemy, the abomination known as "The Darkness", who is the nerdiest of them all.

The Darkness is an "enemy" that can be found in the Hatred's Shadow area. See the picture below for the exact location. The Darkness is actually a sentient cave, so shoot the dark area on the wall until it "dies" to unlock the achievement.

  • Unsheathe 5 swords from Immortal Skeletaurs without leaving the area.

During the quest "Denial, Anger, Initiative" you will come to a fight against four mini-boss type enemies with the smaller mobs being the Immortal Skeletaurs we want for this achievement. To unlock this achievement, keep killing the mobs by removing all their health until they fall to the ground, then go up and press button-x.png to remove the sword from them, which kills them permanently. If you let them be long enough with the sword still inserted, they'll resurrect. So long as you don't travel to another a new area, the count towards five will continue.

If you don't unlock this during the story mission, you can return to this area later and these enemies will once again be available. Again, kill five by removing the swords before traveling to another area to unlock the achievement.
  • Win the most challenging round in Murderlin's Temple.

After completing all the story quests, Moxxi will have a side-quest called "Find Murderlin's Temple" and then you will need to complete six subsequent side-quests of "Magic Slaughter" for completing waves of an arena to unlock this achievement.
  • Wield the Mysterious Amulet.

After completing the main story, an undiscovered quest will appear in "Lair of Infinite Agony" and there is a chance an NPC called Mr. Miz will spawn here. Keep fast traveling away and back until you see an exclamation point show up on the map indicating he is present. He will offer to sell you an amulet, and you must accept and buy it to unlock this achievement. If instead you choose to punch him, you will lose out on the chance to purchase this in your game. You can always join someone else's game online who did not punch him and purchase it there to unlock the achievement, or be given the amulet by another player.

However you manage to obtain the amulet, equip it to unlock the achievement.
  • Demonstrate your skill, or lack thereof, at rolling the magical treasure orb of many sides.

Whenever you come to a treasure chest, you have the chance to roll one or two die (the first costs one Eridium, rolling both costs five Eridium). To unlock this achievement, one of the dice must land on either 1 or 20 (though oddly if both numbers land on 1 or both numbers land on 20, it doesn't work). You'll find a decent number of these during the story, and have access to a few dozen after defeating the raid boss. See Make it Raaaaaid (65G) for info on that. This is complete RNG, so just keep trying until it unlocks.
  • Vanquish the Ancient Dragons of Destruction.

After completing the main story, Mr. Torgue will offer the quest "Raiders of the Last Boss" (so long as you completed his previous side-quest "Fake Geek Guy"). Begin and complete this quest to unlock the achievement. You will have to pay 20 Eridiumat the statue in Lair of Infinite Agony to fight the raid boss, which consists of four dragons. The Electric dragon should be a priority as it can heal the others. The fire dragon can be annoying if it sets the ground on fire. The Corrosive and Slag dragons aren't much of a threat, just bullet sponges.

The easiest way to get this done would be to play through TVHM and get to Level 35, then return to your Normal playthrough and complete the encounter then when it is locked at a lower level.
  • Use Deathtrap to kill 100 enemies

You only need to get Level 2 to unlock the action skill to summon Deathtrap, and you can begin working on this right away. Kill all the enemies in the Docks area, whittling their health down with guns or melee but always allowing Deathtrap to get the final blow, then continue on with the story doing the same until it unlocks.
  • Get 100 kills while in a Buzzaxe Rampage

You only need to get Level 2 to unlock the rampage action skill, and you can begin working on this right away. Kill all the enemies in the Docks area, whittling their health down with guns or melee before popping the action skill to get the final blow, then continue on with the story doing the same until it unlocks.
  • Fire the Lootapult

There are a few locations to unlock this achievement, the most obvious being at the top of Flamerock Refuge. You will need to pay 10 Eridium to fire off the Lootapult, which will launch a chest for you and give you some of the best loot possible for your level. I'd suggest doing this every 3-5 levels to keep your gear up to date so your damage output doesn't fall behind.

Secret achievements

  • This achievement is unlocked by completing the quest "Shoot This Guy in the Face" which can be found in the Lair of Infinite Agony. This was previously found outside of the Tiny Tina DLC but they moved him inside for this release.
