Description:
Zombie Party is a retro rampage of fun and over-the-top action, while still giving the players a deep and engaging Action-RPG Rogue-like experience! Go on a time traveling adventure, or delve deep into procedural dungeons full of gold, loot, and secrets! Unforgiving boss fights that challenge the players skills and abilities! Upgrade your guns with loads of gun mods and artifacts, find magic spell runes, potions, items, melee weapons, explore 10+ unique biomes each with its own enemies and bosses, unlock 50 characters to play as, discover 150+ unique guns and weapons, launch teddy bears that explode into fire, blow up your friends with heat-seeking missiles, and get to the final zone and try to kill the Dance King.

Step 1: First Adventure Playthrough
When you begin the game, you will be given a few default characters to play with. It doesn't matter who you choose, so pick whoever you like and start a play of Adventure mode. Zombie Party is split into seven different levels, and if you manage to beat all of them, the game will continue cycling through the levels and become harder. My first play I made it all the way to the final level and died. Make sure you save at least 350 Gold (so have that available at all times in case you die earlier than I did).

Step 2: Buy Shadow and Get 10 Million Points
Now that you are familiar with how the game works, here's how to make it an absolute cake walk: with the money you saved in Step 1, purchase the character Shadow. If you have additional money, upgrade his Damage and Fire Rate. You will be using his basic Shurikens for the rest of the achievements. This sound silly in a game with so many different guns, but it truly makes the game pathetically easy. See "Sick Score!" for tips.

Step 3: Grind 25k Gold
There are two ways you can go about getting this much money in your bank account. The first is to simply repeat adventure mode over and over. The other option is to play the slot machine from the main menu options. See "Filthy Rich!" for tips.

There are 14 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Have at least 5,000 gold in your bank account.

Refer to "Filthy Rich!" for more information.

  • Have at least 10,000 gold in your bank account.

  • Have at least 25,000 gold in your bank account.

This should be the last achievement you go for, after getting 10 Million Points. You'll likely have a little bit of money saved up by now, probably only 6-8k depending on how many tries it took you to get the 10 Million Points. If you want to simply keep playing the game, you can average about 4000 coins per hour. However, playing the slot machine is much quicker once you figure out the timing.

What I did was counts of four, pressing  on the fourth count. I would count every time I saw the green color of the "7" flash at the top of the spinner. It goes very fast so it can take some tries to get the timing down (I probably spent 2k in coins until I nailed it down). However, once you can get a Jackpot consistently (~1k coins), you'll get this in only a few minutes.

  • Jump 50 times!

You'll need to jump a fair number of times, specially when fighting the bosses, but you can get this out of the way immediately during the tutorial if you want. Just press  50 times.

  • Break 1,000,000 points!

Refer to "Sick Score!" for more information.

  • Break 5,000,000 points!

  • Break 10,000,000 points!

As I mentioned in the Road Map, the character Shadow makes this game supremely easy to beat, and the 10 Million Points no problem either. You will get points for every kill, and after each kill a short bar will appear over your score with a number showing your current multiplier. If that bar depletes, the multiplier resets. You'll need to get another kill before the bar depletes to keep the multiplier increasing. Using Shadow and some specific mods, this won't be an issue.

You'll have to get a little lucky with the RNG to get the drops you need to mod the Shurikens properly to make them OP. The most important one is "Spread Shot" which will cause three shurikens to come out in a fan instead of just one going straight with each shot. The next most important is "Split Shot" which will cause those three shurikens to split a second time after they travel a short distance. Now you've got a huge spray of shurikens covering basically the entire screen. The final upgrade you want is "Damage" to have them kill things faster. Keep your distance from enemies, move in a large circle around the map, and try to eventually have a giant mass of enemies in a tight group in the middle of the screen, while you spray them with shurikens. Someone will always be dying, sending your multiplier and points through the roof.

With your skill points, focus on upgrading Damage and Fire Rate first, then Speed and Health. Luck only seems to effect the possibility of getting special guns which we won't use, and magic is fairly useless too. Save all your money and sell anything you don't need to help toward the 25k coins achievement. Using these tips, you should get to 10 Million points fairly easy. I got mine on Level 6 of my second trip through (so Level 13 in total), on my second attempt. I think I died around 8 Million points the first time I tried for real.
