Developer Crystal Dynamics has announced that Marvel's Avengers is available to purchase at a deep 90% off discount for a limited time, ahead of the game being permanently delisted from digital storefronts at the end of the month.

Back in March, support for Marvel's Avengers came to an end after less than three years, with Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics choosing to make all cosmetic items free for all players. During its almost three years, several characters were also added to the Marvel's Avengers roster, including two Hawkeyes (Kate Bishop and Clint Barton), Black Panther, The Mighty Thor (Jane Foster), and Winter Soldier.

Marvel's Avengers will be delisted from the Microsoft Store on 30th September 2023, while the discount, which reduces the Definitive Edition to $3.99/£4.49, will be available for Xbox until 26th September.

  • Look, I know the game is dogwater but it still pisses me off when companies fuck over UK players on prices. Admittedly it's only $1.50 more but it's still not an equal conversion
  • Right now, $4 is £3.22, even with Tax [which isn't included in in the US price, but IS in the UK price] that should only be around £3.86.

Direct $/£ would be more fair than this price.
