So 2 classics in one month thats good but why has the xbox version of Ducktales been pushed a month back from other release dates?Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 10:45 AM
Castle of Illusion and Ducktales on back to back weeks. Finally, a decent "Summer of Arcade". Brother's has been amazing, but I have no interest in any coming arcade games....until 9/4. I will buy Castle and Ducktales both on Day One. And I pray this opens the doors for the other Disney classics: Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck, The Lion King, and Aladdin to name a few! Can't wait!!Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 10:46 AM
@1 Either Sony paid them a bit, or the way M$ operates has pushed them back, even this game is getting preferred treatment on PS3 coming with a Theme, some avatars and the original version.Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 10:51 AM
@1 Summer of Arcade. Pretty sure only exclusives make it to the SoA, and Duck Tales ain't that. So it had to wait until SoA was over.Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 10:51 AM
Day one buy for me.Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 10:53 AM
Is the original in there as a bonus/unlockable?Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 10:54 AM
@3 - and PSN gets it 1 day early.Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 11:07 AM
Hehehe Super Mickey.Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 11:15 AM
Didn't reviews say the DuckTales remake is terrible? I hope not i loved that game as a kid, I know they are changing the boards which I'm not sure if I'll like that but I want it day one but if reviews keep coming in bad I'll wait till its on sale.Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 11:15 AM
I wanna pick this up, but not at this price. I can wait for DoTW, so no issues. You guys enjoy=)Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 11:39 AM
The fact that it is 1200 MSP or £9.99 is encouraging as far as the removal of MSP goes, as 1200 MSP would convert to £10.28, so we're actually saving money rather than having to spend more (at least for this price)Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 12:49 PM
Well MS is getting the Ninja Turtles game a month before the PSN, so it's fair guys. @7 #3 was referring to the DuckTales game, not this one. @6 I hope so. The EU is getting the original game with 3 avys and a dynamic theme for preordering the game. This hasn't been extended to the U.S.Friday, August 16, 2013 @ 10:27 PM
@13: You clearly haven't played DuckTales Remastered if you think it's crap just based on what some "professional reviewers" said. It's a great game, your loss if you don't play it.Saturday, August 17, 2013 @ 12:01 AM
@4, you are smart and savvy. I like that.Saturday, August 17, 2013 @ 05:39 AM
@#1 it failed MS quality control and had to be resubmitted. The game is junk, basically. Play it on the NES instead.Saturday, August 17, 2013 @ 05:50 AM
@17 I heard the same thing that ms found a few bugs they wouldn't let slip so they were forced to resubmit the game and now that is passed there original date is gone bySaturday, August 17, 2013 @ 01:35 PM
that date was announced at least a month and a half ago it had nothing to do with submition, they just didnt want it during summer of arcade.Saturday, August 17, 2013 @ 04:34 PM
I loved the original back on my Sega Genesis. Definite buy for me.Saturday, August 17, 2013 @ 05:54 PM
@19 Just out if interest, how far in advance do you think submissions are made?Sunday, August 18, 2013 @ 12:48 PM
Cool seems like we europeans benefit of the currency change, since they now charge 12,99€ instead of 15€ which 1200MSP would be based on the rate stores usually sell MSP for (10€=800MSP). But its just fair since 1€ is worth more than 1$Sunday, August 18, 2013 @ 03:42 PM
