EA Sports has released a new trailer for FIFA 14, fresh from Gamescom in Germany.

“See all new gameplay features, stadiums, players, and animations. Winner of 300 franchise awards since 2006, FIFA 14 is the pinnacle of eight years of gameplay development,” says the blurb.

FIFA 14 is out on current-gen consoles on 24th September 2013 in North America and 27th September in Europe. A next-gen version is also coming in November and will be given away for free with all Xbox One pre-orders. In Europe.

  • FREE-FA 14 for me!!
  • I'm not a fan of soccer at all really. But if Microsoft decides to give the U.S this for free as well I wouldn't mind at all. Free = fun in my book.
  • FIFA is poop...
  • I hate how they call their trailers gameplay trailers when you actually get no sense of how the game will actually play I want to see someone playing the actual game to see how it plays
  • Wow can't wait for this on xbx1 being free & ultimate team legends gonna be amazing
  • I love Pat Stewart, let me have him on my dream team and I might play.
  • I don't care about thumbs down... for the 360 we got Gears Of War, why are we given this piece of turd? Xbox One has been a massive let down and everyone is sucking up to Microsoft because they're potentially "making it better" I still won't forget all the trouble M$ was going to put us through... now here's your proper reason to thumb me down fan-boys. (and no I'm not getting a PS4)
  • @7 No One Cares!
  • @& when someone cares enough to say they don't care about something. they care. @8 well put,
  • Big feature is ball physics? Still looks very unrealistic..
  • Patrick stewart has a great voice, but it just doesn't fit with football. Go back to money supermarket!
  • #7, Stop being so butthurt, its only thumbs down.
  • I remember when a gameplay video used to have some gameplay in them. This is just another cinematic mash up video that doesn't show me shit.
  • As a big fan of Football, and not a big fan of modern day shooters, I am much happier that a generic Football game comes from with the console and not another generic shooter does instead. That being said, #2 makes a good point. while not free, sometimes you feel like you get so much more value out of games you pay little for. I paid £9 for Skyrim second hand, and have got well over 100 hours of gameplay out of it(and well over 100 left), while I paid full price for Goldeneye on the Wii, and it turned out to be the worst game on the console
  • @7 Oh, so getting one of Europes best selling games for free is a letdown?
  • At least the Nou Camp is back.
  • I'm wondering if America will have NHL or something free in their region instead of Fifa 14? Trailer was pretty sick too
