From today, logging in to Grand Theft Auto Online will see players receiving a hefty GTA$250,000 bonus to celebrate "tax season in style", while every GTA dollar you spend will be subjected to a 10% tax rebate, meaning you can live the high life in Los Santos without lifting a finger.

In total, you could claim up to GTA$1 million in cashback, based on how much you spend starting today until 26th February. Following the '2018 San Andreas State Tax Refund & Rebate' period, bonuses and cashback will be awarded from 27th February, arriving in your Maze Bank account by 6th March at the latest.

The rebate comes courtesy of the San Andreas Treasury Department, rewarding a "stimulus" package for "hustlers, triggers, shot callers and kingpins alike", to spend on whatever you desire. Suggested "sensible investments" include Executive Offices or the Stromberg submarine-sports car hybrid. Happy spending!

  • What can I get with that much if I'm just starting out and just want the delorian ?
  • @1 been a while since i last played but if memory serves, not alot. Most desirable items/buildings cost multi millions and even more if you wanted to customise em. In personal opinion their corporate greed has thrashed this game into the ground:given that the main guy behind the series has left i think this franchise is mortally wounded.
