Kingdom Come: Deliverance Gets 1.2 Patch on Xbox One

Warhorse Studios has released another Xbox One update for Kingdom Come: Deliverance, addressing more of the bugs that have hampered the medieval RPG since day one. The latest patch has been doing the rounds on PS4 and PC for the past week, and has finally made its way to Xbox.

Weighing in at 9.5GB, Patch 1.2 for Xbox One is another hefty update, squashing additional quest bugs, introducing adjustments to stealth and stealth kills, and adding a range of general optimisations that look to improves the game's performance. A v1.2.5 Hotfix is currently in certification and will be in the offing for Kingdom Come soon, with Patch 1.3 set to swiftly follow. The Hotfix aims to address an issue with Hans Capon quests and the 'Ginger in a Pickle' quest.

Patch 1.3 will look to introduce a 'Save and Exit' feature, improvements to the lockpicking and pickpocket mini-games on controllers, and an alchemy recipe for a respec potion, as well as a variety of quest-related bug fixes. No date has yet been revealed for when these next patches will surface. Until then, check out the v1.2 patch notes below:

  • Various optimisations

  • the patches btw will always be that big I think they splitted the game in 3 huge data chunks and if you change something you have to download the whole chunk again even its only a few kbs
  • A good start and glad to see these fixes rolling out quickly. One thing I do wish, that Warhorse Studios would give a little more info in the patch notes about which parts of which quests they are fixing and what are the optimizations they are making. That's not a big deal though, in the end im just glad they are fixing stuff and smashing these patches out to us.
