Square Enix Collective has announced that Octahedron, a psychedelic 2D vertical platformer from indie dev Demimonde, will be heading to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC next month. The twist is, you have to create your own platforms within the game's time constraints in order to progress.
As you make your quick escape from the trippy subterranean world of Veetragoul, you'll fight "peculiar" enemies in "rhythm-synced action" within handcrafted "addictive" levels. Featuring a soundtrack composed by Chipzel, trance producers Andre Sobota, Derek Howell and others, Octahedron syncs with the game's soundtrack as it runs at 60fps.
Octahedron will be preparing to release a kaleidoscope of colour when it launches for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on 20th March 2018.
