Warner Bros. Interactive and IO have today announced that Hitman 2 will be getting the Hitman Legacy Pack DLC, free to anyone who owns the previous game. Featuring remastered versions of all six Hitman locations - Paris, Sapienza, Marrakesh, Bangkok, Colorado, and Hokkaido - the pack will also incorporate Hitman 2 features to bring them up to date.
Hitman 2's new progression system, ability to hide amid foliage and crowds will all feature in the Hitman Legacy Pack levels, alongside picture-in-picture mode, strategic mirrors, improved combat AI, and new items like Agent 47's iconic briefcase, the dart gun, flash grenades, and more. New difficulty levels will also be included as part of the remastered missions.
Owners of Hitman Season One will be able to grab the Hitman Legacy pack DLC for Hitman 2 for free, as "a big thank you" to the Hitman fans and community, says IO Interactive CEO Hakan Abrak. "We have been through an amazing journey with our fans and community and are extremely proud of the continued love and support," says Abrak. "This is our way to say a big thank you and give something back."
Hitman 2 will be heading to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on 13th November. Check out the Hitman Legacy Pack DLC in the trailer below.
