We're back with another Xbox One X comparison video this time looking at both Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie now that they've both been given a cheeky update.

Sadly, there isn't a major upgrade with this One X enhancement patch when comparing both of the older Banjo games from the N64 days. Perhaps it could be because of how old the games are that the enhancement patch can only go so far in improving its visual fidelity.

Nevertheless, you can check out our latest video on it below to see for yourself just what the new Xbox One X enhancement patch does for Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie.

  • Its an ancient game is no excuse. If they say its xbox x enhanced then it should be. I was looking to boot this up and be blown away. It's a poor enhancement!!
  • The difference between HD and 4K ON a 4K screen is night and day, y'all blind.
  • @1 Any enhancement is an enhancement. The only "poor enhancement" is one that does not enhance. The 4kTV owners say they like it.
  • I'm a retro gamer... enhancement is an enhancement. I already 100%ed 1 so i'm excited to start 2 soon.
  • I think @1 thinks that "enhanced" means that it updates the graphics which is pretty obviously not how things work. I can definitely see a difference. The picture is very clean and the colors pop.
  • Xbox one x and top end 4k tv. The enhancement is poor just the post says.
  • your talking about a 20+ year old game. i have played OG and enhanced, and even in the video i can notice the difference. On a 4k tv and a x1x, the colors really stand out compared to the original, as well as models are more smooth. Also, when looking at terrain things seem more 3d'ish, instead of the smooth flat textures of the original.
