Bethesda has announced major changes coming for free to Wolfenstein: Youngblood in update 1.0.7, including two brand new maps to explore.

You’ll take on a new ‘Treasure Hunt’ side quest, which will take you to a reservoir beneath Little Berlin in Paris, as well as a secret Nazi bunker. These maps will also include three new enemy types to contend with - a teleporting Ubersoldier, a Tesla Drone and a Laserhund with a turret. You won’t be fighting for nothing though, as completing this side quest will give you access to the treasures contained in the Da’at Yichud chest, as well as unlocking 20 treasure maps to use to track down goodies around Paris.

The update also brings new abilities, spread across the three ability trees of Mind, Muscle and Power. These include Quick Revive, Dual Wield Expert and Silent Killer, among others. For a full list of what will be included, check out Bethesda’s website

Wolfenstein: Youngblood is available now for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

  • Why don't they just release the game finished instead of adding more stuff months later. I guess the players who bought it day one just feel betrayed. Or is anyone who bought it day one still playing it? If you did not buy it day one you get now a better game for less money!
  • Naa game foking shit...
  • @1 There are possible legitimate reasons this happened. Maybe they developed this after the game was released. Maybe there wasn't actually time to include it. Maybe they decided to hold this content back, only to give it away for "free" later so the company looks generous in giving away free content and gives the impression they are still supporting their game after launch. We may never know. Lol
  • Awesome. Need to get back to this one. I like playing coop with my brother or even by myself. Fun game. I like that it’s different than the others, funny too. I love this buddy pass system, wish more games would do that. We need more coop games.
  • Question, if you haven't gotten the achievements yet for completing all the missions or unlocking all the abilities, will the addition of these add to the requirements of those achievements? I've gotten the complete all missions achievement but haven't unlocked all the abilities (there's really no way I'm leveling up to Level 80 to do that when I'm currently only a 48).
  • @5: Don’t you end up reaching around level 80 after farming all the weapon kills? I still haven’t went back to this game so some confirmation on this would be great
