Roguelite action RPG Children of Morta has been added to Xbox Game Pass, giving you the chance to play as the Bergons, an "extraordinary" family of heroes in a story-driven pixel art experience. Together, the Bergons must fight against the coming Corruption, making sacrifices to save what they hold dear.

While Children of Morta has been added to the Xbox Game Pass library, several games are set to leave the service soon, including Tom Clancy's The Division, Resident Evil 4, Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year Edition, and back compat Xbox 360 title Saints Row: The Third.

There's no exact date for when these titles will be removed from Xbox Game Pass, but Just Cause 3 and LEGO City Undercover recently left after a few weeks of being in the 'Leaving Soon' section, so you should have a little while to play them yet before they're taken away.

Incidentally, if you're thinking about playing Resident Evil 4 before it leaves Xbox Game Pass, why not check out our article celebrating 15 years since the game first launched? Children of Morta is available for download via Xbox Game Pass now.

  • Guess I won't be trying RE4 before it goes. Somehow, whenever I hear someone say it is good (your article included) it makes me less want to play it. "The controls are bad, the story is silly, there are escort sections... you should totally play it"
  • Arghh. Just started Tomb Raider
  • So they removed division brought it back last month to remove it again lol wut
  • @3 ikr? Finally get around to play it and they take it off. To me, paying for gamepass ultimate, they need to leave games on there longer. Totally ridiculous.
