FYQD-Studio and Playism have revealed fast-paced next-gen FPS Bright Memory: Infinite, a sci-fi shooter that in which you'll have a range of skills and abilities at your disposal to unleash "dazzling" combo attacks. These abilities include a tether, so you can zip towards enemies; and a sword for close encounters.

Set in an expansive futuristic metropolis in the year 2036, Bright Memory will see you playing as a Supernatural Science Research Organization agent, tasked with investigating a bizarre phenomenon that's been appearing in the skies all over the world. Said phenomenon is linked to an archaic mystery and an unknown history of two worlds.

What that boils down to is shooting various enemies, including some from different time periods. You can check out the first gameplay for Bright Memory: Infinite below -- which includes summoning a car and going for a drive -- then prepare for its arrival on Xbox Series X soon.

  • I have the demo version on PC for a few months now, it's interesting. Works like "early access" since this will be the finished version, which you get for no extra upgrade cost. Not much of visual upgrade from the current PC version maxed out and what they showed today though.
  • Nuts that this is made by one guy.
  • Reminds me of bulletstorm
  • Looks Good just a shame it will be ruined since it will have pvp, lootboxes and microtransactions
