It's Tuesday, which means that Microsoft is dropping a megaton bomb of new discounts into this week's Deals with Gold, courtesy of Major Nelson.

If you've been eyeing up some post-nuclear roleplaying, you're in luck, as the Bombs Drop Sale sees Fallout 3, Fallout 4, Fallout: New Vegas and Fallout 76, along with all of their DLC (including Fallout 76 Wastelanders) on offer this week to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Fallout: New Vegas.

On the off chance you're not a Fallout fan, you can grab some great shooters at a discount too, with Destiny 2, Titanfall 2, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Battlefield V all on offer. Vampyr brings a classic horror story to life for Halloween, while Call of Cthulhu will satisfy any Lovecraft lovers out there in the spooky season. Ori and the Blind Forest is on sale, as is its sequel Ori of the Will of the Wisps if you want to own them outside of Xbox Game Pass.

Meanwhile, if you fancy something a bit sportier, you can get UFC 4, Madden NFL 21 or classic Xbox 360 title Skate 3 in the Spotlight Sale. There's tons more than we can mention here, so check out the full list over at Major Nelson or on the Microsoft Store on your Xbox One.

  • I will wait to play these Bethesda games because they'll be free to play once November rolls around on Game Pass.
  • Do your game pass games work offline? Cause I been waiting for a couple Bethesda titles to drop under $10 to buy but people are pushing game pass so hard I wonder if I should wait till I get that. I gots greats internets. But recently my router burnt out, and I could only play what I had owned and installed. Luckily I didn't miss the internet in that time, but it was a sobering reminder of what goes with your internet when it goes down.
  • @2 yes it works offline. I mean you have to download them first but after that you can play on or offline
  • @1 that's EA Play, I don't think they've given any firm details on the Bethesda [and more] studio's games coming to gamepass yet.
  • @4 True, but they will definitely be coming sooner than later b/c of the acquistion. That's why I can feel good saving some money and just waiting.
