Konami has announced that eFootball PES 2021 Lite is now available for download, offering free access to the entirety of the game's myClub mode and the competitive Matchday PvP mode. In myClub, you can build your own squad to suit your own playstyle, not unlike FIFA Ultimate Team, while Matchday features mass events “inspired by real world football matches and infamous rivalries”.
Matchday is where you'll also find the eFootball.Open esports tournament “that welcomes players of all skill levels". Meanwhile, myClub introduces the Iconic Moment Series, enabling you to improve your team with “strong player variants” based on memorable moments from the careers of current and former star players, with boosted stats reflecting their performance at that specific time.
PES 2021 Lite also includes offline Kickoff ‘Local Match’ and ‘Training’ modes, so you can play against COM players, with five officially licensed teams to choose from. These include FC Barcelona, FC Bayern, Juventus, Manchester United, and Arsenal, with the Neu Sonne Arena available as a venue. All other modes offer the same stadiums as the full version of eFootball PES 2021.
You can also move myClub data between the full version of PES 2021 and PES 2021 Lite, and both games use the same server for online matchmaking. eFootball PES 2021 Lite is available to download for free now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
