Xbox has revealed that Microsoft Flight Simulator is flying onto Xbox Series X|S next month.

Xbox players will be treated to the same level of depth and complexity as those playing the critically acclaimed flight simulator on PC, all utilising the next-gen power of the Xbox Series X|S.

The development team behind Microsoft Flight Simulator also announced a brand new Top Gun: Maverick movie tie-in coming to the game, in collaboration with Paramount Studios, to coincide with the release of the movie later this year. Further details will be revealed later this year as the release of the expansion and film get closer.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is coming to Xbox Series X|S via Xbox Game Pass on 27th July 2021.

  • This may be a really dumb question, but do you need a flight stick just to play this game? Cause I’d love to play it I just don’t really want to go buy a flight stick and all that jazz I’d rather just use my controller.
  • @1 I think that’s optional if you want, on Pc I use the keyboard so I’m guessing it’s been modified for Xbox one controller.
