It's that time of the week once again where we look at what's heating up in the UK retail charts, and this week, a certain indie darling is making its impact near the top.
Making an impressive debut in the boxed charts, especially for a game available on Xbox Game Pass, Hades comes in at number two on Xbox Series X|S, just behind F1 2021 but ahead of Resident Evil Village, Microsoft Flight Simulator, and other big titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Impressive stuff.
Elsewhere, on Xbox One, GTA V continues to be the never-ending sales success, moving back up to first place in the charts, overtaking the official Olympics Tokyo 2020 video game, which drops to second place. Borderlands 3 and Forza Horizon 4 are back in the top twenty, just about sneaking in at the bottom, while FIFA 21 climbs again as the Premier League season begins anew.
