Resident Evil Live Action Netflix Series Gets First Teaser

Resident Evil Live Action Netflix Series Gets First Teaser

Matt Lorrigan

Remember the Resident Evil live-action Netflix series? Well, we've got our very first tiny teaser for the upcoming series.

Announced last year, it's been easy to forget in the wake of the Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City film and CGI Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness. But let me refresh your memory - the show is due to follow Albert Wesker's children moving to New Raccoon City, uncovering secrets that could lead to the end of the world.

It is, at the very least, a new take on the Resident Evil franchise, unlike Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, which is a new telling of both Resident Evil and Resident Evil 2 combined.

The teaser was originally posted by Netflix, before being removed, but you can check it out - and its live-action zombie dog - in all of its 11 seconds down below.

  • Well there's no way it can be worse than the reboot movie that just came out
  • @1 it can and will be.
  • Is this that SJE reimaged crap?

No thanks. Just like every other avenue of entertainment, Netflix is in lockstep to do its part in manipulating minds.

    No thanks
  • The witcher, Castlevania, and Carmen Sandiego were pretty good, the Dragon's Dogma was passable, as were several others. Very few I would consider were actual bombs.
  • Don't rent Netflix and never will.
