Developer Rocket Vulture has today announced Cannibal Cuisine, a frantic co-op party game that looks a bit like Overcooked, but has its own bloody twist on fun and colourful cookery. Rather than simply whipping up delicious meals, you're tasked with preparing a grisly feast for the dark god Hoochooboo.

Like Overcooked, you'll be preparing the banquet against the clock, chopping up tourists and mummies to use as grim ingredients. Fail to quickly prepare the designated dish, however, and it's game over. Also, it's safe to say that this isn't nearly as family-friendly as Overcooked, what with the blood, severed limbs and that.

Cannibal Cuisine will be coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4 on 25th January 2022, priced $12.99, alongside a free expansion titled 'The Curse of the Scarab King. This will see you digging through the sands of ancient Egypt to carve up mummies to cook and serve, across five new levels and a challenge level.
