The story of “a happy little spider”, Webbed is set to swing its merry way to Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, having previously released for PC in September 2021. The work of Australian indie studio Sbug Games, Webbed is a 2D platformer, in which the arachnid protagonist must rescue her boyfriend from the clutches of a bowerbird.
Using your ability to spin webs and swing across the game's environments, you can stick lines of gossamer to almost anything, leaving your own unique mark on Webbed's interconnected world. While dangerous predators await, you'll also be able to make friends with bugs, dance with them, and enlist them to help you in your quest.
Due to spin its web on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, Webbed is set to launch on 2nd February 2022, priced $19.99/£16.74. You can check out the PC announcement trailer below for a quick glimpse at the game.
