Hazelight has announced that It Takes Two, the developer's fantastic 2021 co-op adventure, has now surpassed 5 million copies sold, since the game released last March.
This follows the studio sharing its 3 million sales milestone back in October, having shifted a million within the game's first month. “Our team is absolutely stunned just thinking about how many players have now enjoyed our game!” Hazelight tweeted, celebrating the latest sales milestone.
The impressive numbers secure It Takes Two's place as Hazelight's most successful game by a fair margin, 2018's A Way Out managing to achieve sales of 3.5 million, by comparison. No wonder film and TV adaptations of It Takes Two are in the pipeline.
It Takes Two is available for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.
